NOTE: This is a basic rustic oliday home - NOT 5 STAR - If you are used to 5 star accommodation please do not book it
Just a quick 2 minute walk to the lake! This large 'chalet' like home is sited on a private, peaceful section with huge trees and a great lawn area for the kids to play. Not lakefront.
Perfect as a central meeting point for catching up with family/friends from around the North Island, or any larger group set-up, as it sleeps 14 - 16.
This accommodation provides the basics, in a setting of 'rustic charm'. It WOULD NOT BE SUITABLE for those groups requiring a 4-5 star hotel environment!
It is however, perfect for groups to enjoy each others company and to get away from the 'rat-race' for a peaceful break.
World class locations for Boating, Kayaking , Mountain-biking, Water-skiing, etc are literally just minutes away! if its 'time out' you're after, relax on the deck, or check out the many cafe/dining options available in nearby Rotorua.
In keeping with the peaceful setting, we ask that noise is kept to an absolute minimum after 10pm. We have, on occasion, been forced to use bond money for gifts to appease disgruntled neighbours!
Please provide ALL OWN LINEN, including sheets, towels and tea-towels. Duvets/Pillows/Blankets are provided.
Please leave house tidy, beds straight and furniture left where it was originally
