Friendly staff, easy process, clean property and surroundings, easy access to places. Would have been great if there was housekeeping staff available to change/ clean bedsheets, towels, rubbish bin for hygiene purposes.

Adequate but not great. The property is very tired. I believe that it has just changed ownership so the new owners are trying to get up to speed. The switches were very confusing and could do with some labels. Didn't realise we had the fridge switches off for a while.

When we entered the apartment it was really filthy and stinky. At first we thought its the “rotorua” smell yet it was from the dirt in the apartment. The carpet was very dirty and was not vaccummed. It had reddish stains in particular areas around the house ( looked like blood stains which freaked us out!). The beds and sofas were full of crumbs and dirt. The toilet smelled bad and the toilet bowl was not cleaned. This place was really disappointing that we didnt spend the night in there, instead we slept in our car.

No housekeeping during my 5 day stay. Nothing. Had to put rubbish bin on doorstep. No vacuuming. No sheets. No heater. Spa! Wouldn't use it if you paid me. No bedside light.

+ Really great price for what you get + Lots of space + Good Location + Staff were polite and friendly - Pretty Rundown - Spa was reallly dirty and the roof had holes in it - Broken Facilities (Lights, Soap dispenser ) - Whole area needs a tidy up. ( Old bikes and mattresses were strewn about ) - 1 Washer and Dryer for all the rooms

This place has really run down, needs a good sorting out. Spa was nice but unit way over priced for the state of it. So many repairs needed. Masking tape holding light fixtures together, no bedside lamps, no tv upstairs although you can see where it used to be. Generally grubby and dilapidated.

Loved that there was a spa with instant hot water and the staff were ultra helpful, accomodating, professional & approachable. Asequate amount of beds. One queen bed upstairs and another down stairs plus a sofa bed. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and good floor space. Downfall was cleanliness with the sofa bed; there were food pieces, hair, wood chips & other little things in the folded split part of the sofa when you put it down into a bed. The curtains were really dusty and the bed cover had an odour on it. The boxing around the spa pool was fragile and falling apart with staple bits and little nails sticking out (not great in general but terrible with an active toddler) and the wood part to box off the pipes and inifinity gas heater was fragile and falling to bits as well. Also there needs to be a mat between the bathroom and backdoor so when entering after using the spa, it won’t be so slippery. The room was very small but there was a lot crammed into it. You couldn’t open the drawers to access utensils without having to pull the chair out and having to move the table over. The tv is set down far to low so the view was obscured by the bed next to it and it was a very tight fit down stairs with so much furniture in such a tiny space. Walls are chipped and cracked with markings on them & the art piece in there was broken but hanging off a small hook above the bed so we took it down to be safe. Enjoyed my stay overall based on staff will be back 😁
