ロズウェルのカプセルホテル

「綺麗でした」

「Good hotel! The front staff was kind and friendly. We stayed comfortable. But, there were the dust on top of the refrigerator. And the long hair was attached to the mirror in bathroom.」

「The hotel staff were amazing! They were friendly and courteous from check in to check out and beyond. They went out of their way to help me get my clothes mailed to my home after forgetting them in the closet. Amber located my clothes and then Nate walked me through the steps needed to make this happen. They were so kind and courteous. They did not have to go through all the trouble of finding a box, packing my clothes and then printing a mailing label that I sent to them. It’s nice to know that...

「The staff and the hotel were good however the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was hard as a brick plus it was lob sided making it feel like you were laying on a slanted surface. This is a motel 6 so I was not expecting anything great but the bed in that room seriously needs replacing. The worst thing however was I found a crack pipe in my bathroom which was hidden inside a clean towel which I discovered when I went to take a shower. I due want to note that the was very professional about it...

「Quiet despite proximity to the road. Old, outdated, however cheap lodging for one night sleep on the road. Nice and helpful staff.」

「受付のスタッフの男性の対応が凄く良かったです。アットホームな感じでいい宿でした。部屋などは少し古いですが、静かにゆっくり休めました。」

「The room was clean and we were able to checking in after midnight. Good location and felt safe overnight. No issues」
