There is also a suite with double bed, dressing room, and bathroom with Italian shower, overlooking the pool.

The second floorfeatures three double bedrooms: one with two single bedsand two with double bedswith views of the pool and canal. One of the double bedrooms and the room with two beds share a full bathroom with shower, while the fourth bedroom is a suite with private bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a large terrace with views of the lower floor, the canal, and the pool.
