Magnificent recently built apartment located on Riera Ginjolers, in Roses, on the beachfront. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. It is situated on the 1st floor with lift.

Fully equipped and with modern and carefully considered decoration. It has a surface area of 100 m², plus two terraces: one of 7 m² and another of 10 m². From the apartment you can enjoy sea views. The beach is only 100 metres away from the building exit.

The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.).

It has satellite television and 2 bathrooms with shower.

In addition, the accommodation has the following amenities: lift, terrace furniture, iron and air conditioning. The apartment has 1 double bed and 3 single beds.

Sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price. If you wish, you can book them or bring them from home:
