Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you and yours will have everything at hand. Leave the car in the parking lot! Spacious, comfortable, and bright duplex. The upstairs terrace is a marvel, to enjoy the views day and night. Sunbathing and eating while seeing the sea. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious living-dining room with access to another terrace also with sea views. Elevator and parking. Sheets, towels, and tourist tax not included.

Super central area next to the beach, shops, and restaurants. But at the same time, it is a very quiet and pleasant area.
You can walk or cycle everywhere.

Amazing private roof terrace

This is a great apt with a huge private rooftop terrace that is perfect for a large family or two families. I used it as a base whilst I was working out there and the wonderful Raquel @ Vacacionesroses agency arranged for Wi-Fi at a small extra cost but this allowed me to work on the terrace after a few meetings. There are two ac units one in the super big living /dining area that has comfy sofas and lots of light and the other is in the hallway. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans . There are two bathrooms one being an en-suite to the double bedroom. Views from both terraces are sea views . The private parking space under the building is brilliant. The apt is located in a quieter part of roses but lots of things in walking distance like supermarkets cafes bars and the views of both the sea and PuigRom just stunning. There is a full kitchen washing machine and lots of extras like a kettle a panini grill coffee machine and lots of cooking equipment so dining in is a breeze if you don’t fancy going out . There’s a lift in the building and it seems to be predominantly residential so it was nice and quiet too.
