  • Beautiful duplex apartment with roof terrace and private pool.

    Composed of a fully equipped kitchen, you can eat convivially by the pool and enjoy a beautiful view of the canals.

    Four bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom (+ one shared) are equipped with double beds* in 80 and 90 (either separate beds or assembled in 160 or 180)
    * motorized or lift-up beds.

    Three private parking spaces are available at the foot of the residence.

    There is in addition to your private swimming pool a communal swimming pool of 4/10 on the first floor.

    The beach is 700 meters away, shops in the immediate vicinity.

El propietario muy amable, nos recibió a la llegada y nos explicó todo del apartamento,comercios que había cerca y restaurantes, el apartamento está genial, con su piscina privada. La playa a unos 15' andando. Recomiendo 100%

Vacances entre amis

Un superbe séjour de 5 nuits entre amis à Rosés. L’appartement est idéalement situé et conforme aux photos. La terrasse est très agréable, le logement est tout équipé et très fonctionnel. Propriétaire disponible, à l’écoute et très agréable. Nous recommandons complètement cet appartement !

Appartement atypique, piscine privée sur le toit juste magnifique, vue imprenable (3 angles de vue), belle terrasse, espace nuit confortable et cuisine bien équipée.Hôte fort sympathique, accueillant, souriant, arrangeant et gentil. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!

The apartment has everything a family with teenage children might need! It is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable with great air conditioning and WiFi. It had a fantastic outside dining area and barbeque and the pool was super! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment! : )

sympa et atypique !

très bon séjour dans cet appartement atypique situé à proximité de toutes commodités: marina, plage, restaurant, commerce (GMS). L'appartement est situé au 5 eme étage d'un immeuble bien sécurisé, conçu en duplex, avec la partie nuit au niveau inférieur et la cuisine et le séjour au +1, la terrasse et la piscine sont en roof top permettent d'avoir une vue dégagée sur la ville et la montagne. Le propriétaire est charmant et donne volontiers de bonnes adresses. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

We are a family of 2adults and 3 teenagers and are just back after 12 nights. Property was fantastic. Whole rooftop with pool just for us and a separate pool area for the building on ground floor. Many large supermarkets within 709/800 metres. Parking included outside the building. Spar across the rd. 10 min walk to beach which is great for water sports/swimming. Plenty of restaurants around accessible by foot. Host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. Two bedrooms had no air con. Well equipped kitchen. Tv in all bedrooms and large tv in sitting room. Area is quite windy which suited as weather was quite warm. Two bathrooms on bottom floor with bedrooms. No bathroom upstairs. Lots of outdoor furniture and loungers.

Relaxing house with great pool

Very nice house with perfect views and amazing roof pool , big rooms and comfortable beds. Olivier our host was very welcoming and friendly !! Two things to improve : 1 - not all the rooms have air conditioning. 2 - the beds linen and towels (that are not included) was very expensive.

Grandioser Ausblick.Viel Platz auf der Dachterasse.Sehr gute Lage.

Wir hatten ein Familientrefen in Roses und benötigten für 5 Personen und 2 Hunde eine Wohung nahe unserer Eltern. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung ideal. Minuspunkte waren die Sauberkeit und die Utensilien unter der offenen Treppe(Staubsauger,Putzsachen,dievere Bilder) Wurde aber auch bei der Übergbe mit Olivierbesprochen

Génial

Olivier est un hôte super attentionné et nous a renseigné des petites pépites de resto tapas… L’appartement est idéalement situé: avoir une piscine en pleine centre, au 4ème étage… c’est parfait !!!!
