OLEUM MAR is a private detached villa South facing, set in its own grounds in a peaceful quiet area of Roses. The villa boasts breathtaking views over the bay of Roses and the mountains of the Pyrénées.
(The driveway to the house has a steep slope).

The property is gated and is situated on the highest reaches of Mas Fumats, bordering on the Nature Park Cap de Creus. Just 10 mins by car from the lively centre of Roses/ Rosas with its numerous bars, restaurants and beautiful sea front and only 5 minutes  to the Aquapark for all ages.
The villa has a large swimming pool 10x3 and vast sun decks with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.

Downstairs it has 3  light spacious bedrooms perfect for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. Two further bedrooms. one bedroom with double bed, the other suitable for children,with 2 single beds both sharing a spacious family bathroom shower and toilet.
From this the lower floor (sleeping area) there is also access to the swimming pool.

The upper floor with a light flooded open plan living space has a well equipped  kitchen, cloakroom and a comfortable lounge, with WIFI, flat screen tv. French windows  opens onto a  large dual aspect terrace equipped with barbecue, perfect for dining, relaxing  and enjoying the  magnificent views and sunsets over the sea and mountains.
Private parking on site with plenty of room for 2 vehicles.
