  • This property is a detached house with private pool. It is situated in a quiet south-west position among olive groves and vineyards overlooking the Bay of Roses. The beach and the center after Rosa is about 3 km.
    This tasteful and typical Mediterranean-style house has a nice double bedrooms plus a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a spacious guest toilet with wash basin.
    Comfortable living / dining room with satellite-TV, beautiful bright and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house is also equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
    There is also a roof terrace of 20 sqm with a beautiful view of the bay of Rosas.
    Large pool terrace with private pool (salt water 8x4m) and outdoor shower (cold / warm)
