"It’s a pretty and nice hotel I would recommend the hotel. My big turn off was the expensive charge for parking. They have a nice shuttle service that will take u within 3 mile radius. Ask for Manny drivers are very nice"

"Overall it was a good stay. A little noisy sometimes with foot traffic through the hallway and the above room. And the gym was nice but didn't have anything available to sanitize the equipment."

"My sister and I have stayed at The Crowne three times. The rooms are comfortable with fluffy pillows and clean. Parking garage is convenient. TV options are good. The second visit our room was missing the mini refrigerator and they brought another to us right away. This visit we were missing the hairdryer but we didn’t miss it. Although I'm still they would've brought us another if we'd asked."

"The main restaurant in the hotel is not all that great it's called pappasito that wasn't very good but the hotels actual restaurant was pretty good"

"Awakened to a comforter normally covered in a clean bedsheet that had excrement and other stains on it. It was truly disgusting. Just because you put a clean sheet on the comforter doesn't make it sanitary. Gross"

The valet was great, front desk was nice but did not seem to mind putting us in this room. The Monarch had great staff and drinks were great! The hotel is great other than the old worn out #840"
