「The hotel itself is good and clean. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Ken was our favorite! There was something just happy and kind about him! The only small issues was the hot water. We understood that there were alot of people but it felt like no matter the time it was cold. I finally just took one at almost midnight to get it hot enough to get the soup out of my hair. But all in all, great place. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area. 」

「This place is so dirty, this is a motel cheap one not hotel, looks good in paper, I book for two nights I spend 35 minutes and leave, I prefer to loose my money before spend the night here, the smell was terrible even the tolls, toilet seat broken」

「It was a beautiful hotel inside. Beds are comfortable the only issues I had was I had to hunt down housekeepers to service my room everyday. I found a housekeeper manager in the elevator for help because the ones on the floor spoke no English . Then when they came 2 days out of 5 nights I stayed. They never changed bed to new sheets they just made the bed. ( remote was under the sheets) they brought new bath towels but no tissue when I text for service. They charge $20 daily for self parking...

「Staff is welcoming. Clean atmosphere. Spacious room. Only thing that bothered us was the rattling of the AC when it would turn on & the connection outlet. We had a baby and he kept going towards it since it was visible. Definitely staying here again & would recommend it to family and friends.」

「The room was rough around the edges - untidy corners and baseboards. All of the doors were chipped around the edges, the sink was glued back together. Although I booked a non-smoking room it reeked of smoke all night. Possibly coming from an adjacent smoking room. The shower did not look clean, keeping me from wanting to shower there. No lid on the toilet seat. Outside was littered with cans, trash, and a set of nailclippers buried partially in the mud giving the impression that the hotel...
