"This stay was the absolute worst! Loud. Doors slamming all night long! People in rooms or hallways Very loud. Left at 3a.m. & told the front desk why. Apology but no real concern & asked for a call from manager. Called manager myself because, of course no one called me. Told manager what happened. And was scolded because we didn't call the front desk to give "their" 3 warnings deal....I laugh at that! Compared that success to telling a neighbor their dog barks too much. You get nowhere. Never...

"Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The room itself was clean but old and dated. I feel for the price the room should have been in a little better condition. It had a poorly done renovations to it and the mattress was very stained. The breakfast in the morning was average. No meat but had bagels, toast, waffle iron, eggs, potatoes, juices, coffee, etc. "
