Situated on a peaceful location half a mile from Higgins Lake and right down the road from Kelly beach (3min drive) and South Higgins state park (3 min drive). Cut river grill down the road (5min drive) Look forward to summer days when you book this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Roscommon vacation rental. Family and friends drove up to spend a long weekend near Higgins Lake. We’ve headed up north for years and have never stayed near Higgins. Beautiful lake! The house is clean and comfortable and a relaxing space for our home base. Great kitchen. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing it.

We had an amazing stay! The owner thought of everything! From the nightlights all throughout the home, the box fans, the cute s’mores kit, shower with removable handle to help shower the kiddos and the kcups. So many great little touches! We stay at vacation rentals 2-4 times a year and are quite picky! We would stay here again without hesitation. Wonderful location and the beds were also super comfy. Thank you so much for a great mini vacation!

The house was perfect for family friends staying together. Location allowed for trip down au sable river and is close to multiple places to eat. We enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores ingredients the host left. Beds were comfy, house was clean, Tara was very responsive to all our needs. Would stay again for sure.

This is a wonderful place. Great space, clean and homey. Great location. The kitchen is well stocked and CLEAN. Tara was very responsive to any questions I had. A pleasure to work with. I will definitely be renting this property again. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Wonderful place to stay. Everything feels new. One suggestions. You need washcloths most don’t pack those. Also I would add a plastic pitcher or too in the kitchen along with a hand mixer. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo these always there.
