The room smelled like cigarettes it was clean, but not clean. There was a deposit required upon me, checking in and they had no information about my stay until they looked it up.

I called in before booking to see how much were incidental security deposit and they told me there was none. As I arrived after I had booked to check in, the motel manager was asking for a $10 security deposit. I informed him that I called earlier that day and confirmed that they don’t charge security deposits. Also the rooms were not clean, the bed sheets were dirty they smelled like wet dirty dog.

The room and everything in it was filthy. I could not switch to another hotel that night or I would have. The next day, I asked about refunding the second night and I was told it was not possible. I returned the key and went to a different hotel.

One of the worst travel experiences of my life. I was given a room without any bedding. I booked a room with two beds and ended up with one — no sheets, no pillowcases, just a filthy, old blanket. I had to sleep fully dressed, wrapped in what looked like something pulled from a dumpster. They told me I was lucky because it was the last room available. Lucky? The place looked like an abandoned military barrack or a shelter for animals. The bathroom was beyond disgusting — no toilet paper, the filthiest tub I’ve ever seen, and a toilet that made me question my life choices. The owner clearly doesn’t care. This wasn’t just bad — it was disturbing.

It was filthy, bug ran across the floor in the room. Door lock was loose, horrible customer service, guy threw key towards me, will never return to this spot again.
