Good family hotel

Nice hotel, although little worn and not maybe fully 5 star worthy. It would have been great if the pools (or at least one) of the outdoor pools would be heated. But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby.

Besides the some staff on the buffet restaurant the rest of staff is insufferable, they all seem to be doing you a favour, absolutely zero effort to make your stay the best possible, the a la carte restaurants booking system is a joke and I had my check in delayed 30 mins. The entertainment is probably the worst I have seen and at the kids club they basically left my son behind when they went to do some activity with the rest of the kids.

What an amazing hotel! I've been to all inclusive 5 star holidays before and this definitely matched them all. The lazy river was probably the best part of. The hotel as you could swim in it for hours. Staff were so helpful and friendly, beach on your doorstep and every room had a view. Only 1 thing we were disappointed with was the Italian restaurant - we were told we were allowed 1 meal during our stay- we were really looking forward to it but was very dissatisfied due to lack of options on the menu and the food certainly NOT Italian (I know, as I'm Italian myself), cheap flour like parmesan and a asparagus pizza with no asparagus on. That was the only bad thing. Everything else was amazing, a beautiful resort and only 30mins from the airport, they kindly booked our taxi to the airport for a fixed €50 price. Highly recommend to all couples and families to visit Roqetas De Mar.

Segun mi el mejor hotel de la zona

Muy buen hotel, todo el presonal es de 10 de amable y efficiente (desde recepcion, comedor,spa). Siempre por ti personalmente. La comida muy buena, con rincon cena tematica cada noche. En general esta todo muy bien pensado hasta en los pequeños detalles que mejora muchissimos tu estancia comparado a otros hoteleles de la zona. Ej. Herbidora con té,infusion,cafe en la habitacion; tombona confortable, bien aislado, ect... Minibar (aunque en 9 dias no me reponieron lo poco que he bebido). Un solo punto negativo el suelo de la habitacion era sucio y nunca fregaron.

Magnifico hotel

Hemos pasado unas fantasticas vacaciones. Todo el personal es muy atento y agradable. Todas las comdidas estaban riquisimas, con mucha variedad y poca fritanga. Ademas, uno de mis hijos tiene alergias y estuvieron muy pendientes de que todo estuviera apto para el. Las piscinas son muy divertidas, sobre todo para los niños y la habitacion enorme. Lo recomiendo 100%

Gegen das Personal ist nichts ein zuwenden. Super Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Bin ganz der Meinung von Manfred Müller. Fünf Sterne ist das Hotel auf jeden fall nicht. 3 1/2 vielleicht eine 4. Zimmer könnte etwas mehr pflege gebrauchen vorallem die Matratzen. Die Anlage braucht eine Auffrischung, die polster der aussen Möbel sind Schimmelich aber im groben und ganzen ok. Das Hotel hat bestimmte Regeln in kraft gesetzt die nicht von den Gästen und auch nicht vom Hotel durch gesetzt wird. Dresscode beim Abendessen, Liegeststühle reservieren z.B. Gegen das benehmen mancher Briten kann das Hotel leider nichts aber sie könnten ihre Regeln zumindest durchsetzen. Essen war toll aber leider keine Paella zum Abendessen. Die Preise an den Bars sind tragbar.

El hotel esta en una zona inmejorable com acceso a la playa, unos servicios y perdinal de 10!. Tienen servicio buffet casi 24h. Disponible cualuier tipo de bebida sin restriccciones marcas. Lo unico mejorable al menos med de junio 2023 1ue hemos ido nosotras es que la animacion es un poquito sosa y algo enfocada al turismo extranjero. Es lo unico que mejoraria. Por lo demás es un hotelazo. Muy recomendable.

Excelente Opción Para Un Viaje En Familia

Excelente opción para un viaje en familia. Destaco por encima de todas las cosas la amabilidad de todos los empleados desde la recepción a los camareros, equipo de cocina, señoras de limpieza y animadores. La calidad de la comida no era la esperada para un hotel de 5 estrellas ya que iba enfocado más hacia el turismo británico cuyas exigencias gastronómicas no son parecidas a las del turismo español en hoteles de esta categoría. No obstante al tratarse de un hotel pensado para el disfrute familiar ese punto no tiene en mi opinión tanta gravedad como si se tratase de un 5 estrellas urbano o para reuniones de trabajo. Las actividades de los animadores estuvieron bastante bien para todos los públicos, aunque no comparto la idea de poner música de rap y reggaeton en las actividades de la piscina infantil. La limpieza fue excelente y el mimo que tenían tanto camareros como recepcionistas (destacar la atención de Víctor) con los niños será lo que me haga muy probablemente repetir destino el verano que viene.
