The vacation rental is a 3-room apartment spanning 95 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It underwent partial renovation in 2021 and features simple yet beautiful furnishings. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed and air conditioning, also leading to the terrace, as well as another room with two beds and air conditioning.

Amenities Included

The apartment is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also offers a washing machine for your convenience. Air conditioning and electric heating are available to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the unit.
