On the heights of Les Issambres, holiday apartment in residence with infinity pool, sea view and the entire Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Col du Bougnon 2 min walk: start walking and biking / biking.
Beach Issambres within 10 minutes by car; Sainte Maxime at 15 min. Many water activities by the sea. Departure of "green boats" for sea trips and direct crossing to Saint Tropez.
The apartment has been recently redone and features:
- 1 single room with double bed
- 1 separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- 1 large living room with table, 2 sofas (sleeping 2), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, cooking plates, etc.)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub separate toilet
- 1 terrace (part sheltered, part in the sun) with sea view
- free access to the large swimming pool of the infinity residence (secure access for children), paddling pool for children next door
- tennis court access to the residence (2 fields)

Nous avons passé 2 semaines géniales. Vue magnifique sur le golf de St Tropez. Piscine à débordement superbe. Logement sympa. Juste pour 4 personnes pas plus par contre. Nous avons 2 ado. Et il n y a que 2 chambres.une avec lit double et l autre lits superposés. Les 2 derniers couchages sont dans la cuisine.. Manquait un pied de parasol mais sinon confortable et équipé avec électroménager. Transat. Salon de jardin. Communication avec le propriétaire et la concierge impeccable. Précision et rapidité dans les échanges. Je recommande avec plaisir 😊

Appartement très bien situé au calme, nous étions 3 (un couple et un enfant), pour ma part je ne conseille pas pour plus ou un enfant en plus… Seul point négatif l’équipement de la cuisine (couverts, verres, poêles,…) en petite quantité et il manque des essentiels

La location est bien pour 4 . Pas très pratique avec des enfants en bas âges. Manque un grand parasol. Et des ustensiles de cuisine des couteaux qui coupent. Merci À FILOMENA

La location manque un peu d'équipements de base (un peu plus de couverts, des plats et surtout des ustensiles de cuisine et un vrai parasol pour la table a manger) mais en dehors de ça elle est très agreable

Très beau site en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le site est très beau, une belle ambiance très sereine en pleine nature et un panorama exceptionnel. La piscine à débordement est vraiment top. Nous aurions aimé mettre 5 étoiles mais retirons un point pour la propreté du logement à l'arrivée et la vétusté de certains équipements (lave vaisselle en fin de vie mais aussi équipement de base inexistant ou usés:oreillers, matériel de cuisine,). Cela ne doit pas décourager de futurs vacanciers car le positif l'emporte très largement sur le j négatif :lieu exceptionnel et station très agréable, proximité de sites très touristiques).
