Beautiful holiday home from 2021 with a lovely seaview
Holiday home with a fantastic location directly by the water and within a short distance to a large public beach and forest, and only about 3 km from the center of Rønne.
The house is from August 2021 and is decorated in a light and airy summer house style. The house features a large, bright living room with a vaulted ceiling, an open kitchen, and a lovely view of the water. 2 bedrooms with continental beds (double beds 180x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200). Bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cabin, and washing machine.
South-facing terrace with sun all day. There is an option to use a Weber Q3200 gas grill. Outdoor shower behind the house (only in the summer period). The owner has consciously chosen not to include a television, but there is an option to stream via personal services through wireless internet. The house is located as the second-to-last house on a private gravel road. Not rented to youth groups. Note: Not for commercial rental.
