「Great house and very comfortable」

「Staff was very pleasant and helpful on places to dine.Rooms/breakfast area were very clean.I would definitely stay again. 」

「Everything was fine. Staff were excellent, location was excellent and the room was high quality. I may have previously said something about the lights in the room. If I did, the lights were perfectly fine. The problem was me. I didn't realize that they could be adjusted. If I did say something about the lights in the room please discount my earlier comment about the lights」

「Such a great find! Camping without the stress, all we needed to pack was clothes and food. Berkeley springs is a short drive away and adorable. The camp hosts were all very friendly and accommodating, and the sites were well maintained. Hope to be back again!」

「We stay here quite often when visiting family in the area. We always know what to expect. They allow our pet and it’s always clean. This is an older hotel with few updates, but we are very comfortable here, it is centrally located to areas we need to visit, and the rates are fair. 」
