As they say in Real Estate, location, location, location. This facility is really in the middle of everything within walking distance. Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain within 15 minutes walk with lots on lots of local shops and restaurants nearby, just make sure you do your research before coming here for direction as what seems to be endless alley ways and small streets so it's easy to loose direction of where you want to go. As for the Facilities, if you have never stayed in a building that is likely over a hundred years old, it can seem creepy as the elevators are small and corridors in unlikely places, but if you come with the right mindset, this place has lots of charm and character. One surprise for me was the courtyard in front of the building is a market during the day and it gets turned into seating for a near by restaurants, lots of people having fun and chit chat and yet we never heard any noise when we were in our room. Very charming indeed.

“Overall, it was an excellent stay. The location was perfect, very central, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The only downside was that we were three people sharing the room, and the bathroom was inside the bedroom with a transparent door, which made it a little uncomfortable for privacy. Check-in was a bit confusing at first, but after that everything went smoothly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Clean room, spacious. No staff, is self service, but the attention by WhatsApp is quick if you have any inconvenience. The location is excellent. Just consider the shower is visible from the room, and that can be a little noise outside
