Really Cozy and Nice House

Very kind and nice person Vincenzo. Room is in an apartment so there is no reception personnel, it is like a room for rent in a house. You will have a kitchen and shared sit lounge. Room and bath are private. Very nice stay experience. Thank you.

Pulizia pessima, servizio scarso, nessuno ricorre al rifacimento della stanza durante la giornata. In compenso la posizione è ottima proprio vicino a piazza Bologna.

Nous avons été contraints de quitter les lieux La personne médit que j ai réservé une chambre et que je dois cohabiter et partager l endroit av 2 autres personnes. Cela n etait indiqué nulle part De luxe room ???? Salle de bain privée ??? Rien n a été respecté nous avons dit a la personne qui nous a accueillie que ce n etait pas conforme du tt a la réservation

Établissement très bien situé, proche du métro bolognia, très bon restaurant juste en bas ainsi qu un carrefour market ouvert 7/7jours et 24/24 heures. Divers commerce de qualité. Pour l hôtel personnel agréable, petit hic le confort du lit à revoir et quelque porte serviette à refixé. Sinon dans l ensemble hôtel correct.

A good budget choice for visiting Rome

It is a big flat below roof of a big residentnial block converted to a small guesthouse with shared kitchen. Vittorino gave us useful tips. + overview from windows on Rome + working AC and shared fridge + supermarket and bars just in the block + well working Wifi For the price do not expect luxury, but the condition and cleanliness are OK.

Prettig hotel in een rustige buurt.

Onderkomen bevindt zich op 9e verdieping van huizenblok in een rustige en prettige omgeving. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een kaart met uitleg van alle bezienswaardigheden. Wilden we nog meer informatie dan konden we altijd bellen. (alleen werd de telefoon niet aangenomen). Eigenaar is verder niet meer verschenen in huis. Vervelend vonden we dat we volgens eigenaar de accommodatie nog moesten betalen, terwijl wij bij Expedia een totaalpakket hadden. Na veel aandringen hebben we dit maar betaald. Thuisgekomen bleek dit dus inderdaad fout te zijn en heeft Expedia dit voor ons geregeld. Al met al vond ik dit vervelend.
