Great location near Roma Termini so that traveling around is convenient, but beware that reviews on Expedia are not the closest reflection of the hotel (refer to Google reviews instead).
And one of the restaurants recommended by the staff was tasty and affordable, with complimentary proseco
We may have been unlucky during check in, or just given the lowest priority, but we arrived early for check-in and was told to come back at 2PM as rooms were not ready yet, so we did at 2PM and were told rooms were still not ready. However, while we were resting, I overheard another guest arriving and checking in without an issue with their room available within 10 minutes. I was slightly annoyed and went back out to explore Rome, returning around 6PM to see if our rooms were ready yet, and even then the receptionist had to call the cleaners to see if it was ready yet (or to rush them to do a shoddy clean).
The rooms themselves were basic and adequate, and nice to have a nespresso machine and fridge, but the air conditioning could not be adjusted to lower temperatures (default ~23c), and I would NOT recommend eating the cupcakes available in the lobby area - those cupcakes were untouched for the entire week we were staying there.
