Amazing location, despite a busy spot the rooms are incredibly quiet. The elevator was a bit hit and miss. Rooftop bar was great although expensive (have to expect). Great little restaurants around everywhere. Super friendly staff.

We loved the location of the hotel. We were able to walk to most attractions or just a short walk to the Metro. We loved the energy and liveliness of the night life outside the hotel.

Staffs were very helpful and pleasant specially Natasha! The room is bigger than I expected though we stayed that’s good for three people. Location is perfect for most the tourists spots! Trevi Fountain is super close! 1-2 mins walk.

Location is good, but noisy inside due to public bar on top of the roof. You have public walking the same staircase as you are getting to your room. Carpets on the staircase and hallways looked dirty and each floor belongs to different owners, but serviced by the hotel.

The room was excellent, we had a view of the street and it was one of the busiest streets next to the Trevi and unless the window was open you could not hear the noise. The location was excellent being centrally located, we were able to walk everywhere within 30 minutes. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided a map of all the things and even gave recommendations. The room was a cool relief with wonderful AC and hot showers. The blankets were in the wardrobe which we didn’t realize till the end of our stay but I was quite warm so they were not needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Our evening manger Mario was awesome. Location is outstanding, as 1 minute to the Trevi Fountain with shopping, food, and transportation all within 1-5min walks. Biggest issue was that the hotel offers car service to the airport. Claim has private company. Ordered a 9am pu and driver never showed. Staff kept telling me driver is 10 minutes away every 10 min. At 940am had to admit no driver and had to call me a cab. Very disappointed, that after a really great stay ended on such a bad note.

Beautiful, spacious room, but room 205 very noisy due to rooftop bar above and tourist on the street. Beautiful view of the street leading to Trevi and loved opening the windows. Says elevator, but you still have to go up stairs to 2nd level to get elevator.
