Our first impression was, where are we as it looked more of a business building not a hotel and felt unsafe as we arrived late at night. We met with Gerome to get settled and for an older and slim gentleman, he was strong as a bull, we couldn't believe it when he went upstairs with lots of luggage. Rooms were very nice and we were close to Spanish Steps and other areas to site see. Staff during the day were very pleasant and professional. A very good stay overall.

The location of Opera Suites was fantastic and made exploring Rome incredibly easy. We were only staying for one night, so it worked perfectly for what we needed. The room was advertised as a triple and, while it did accommodate us, it was definitely very small and felt a bit tight for three people. For a short stay like ours, though, it was absolutely fine. I would recommend it for travelers who prioritize a great location and are planning a quick stay in Rome!

Overall a very good hotel in the centre of Rome. Excellent location - very close to Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. It would be helpful if staff could send a picture and notes of how to find the hotel as it is located on the first floor of a multi floor building which houses other businesses like a law firm and insurance company. You have to specifically look out for staircase B. There is a working lift although it wasn’t needed as the first floor was not a difficult climb. The room was spacious and had a mezzanine level with a sofa. There was a little kettle area. The bathroom had a bidet and good shower pressure. A small breakfast was included containing cereal, coffee, biscuits etc. A coffee machine in the breakfast area was free to use 24/7. Please be mindful that the reception is only staffed from 9am till 5pm therefore check-in before or after these times incur a fee.

Although an unusual entrance the room and staff could not have been nicer. We arrived very early and they had us go to their sister hotel to put our luggage on hold. They gave us a very nice breakfast, a bathroom to use and by the time we finished we went to opera suites. Location is central but quiet. As long as you are ok with staff not being there at night it’s great! And they have snacks and breakfast that were wonderful.
