Apartment vatikaanin kupeessa

The apartment was excellent – it had two air conditioning units in separate rooms, and the cooling worked perfectly even when the outside temperature was constantly around +40°C. The tap water was safe to drink, and we had no stomach issues at all. The location was perfect: St. Pietro train station was just 200 meters away, the border of the Vatican only 150 meters away, and there were plenty of restaurants along the street. It was also very easy to get to the center of Rome – the bus stop was 150 meters away, with bus numbers 62 and 64 taking you directly there. The area was peaceful, and no traffic noise could be heard inside the second-floor apartment. Communication with Simonetta was smooth via WhatsApp – she was extremely helpful with everything.

Cozy, clean and quiet. Kitchen facilities were great to have. Would stay again when in Rome. Minutes from Vatican City. 15 minutes from Metro (Ottaviano stop) and 3 minutes from San Pietro Rail station. Great Jubilee pilgrims home base.

Very beautifully decorated rooms, easy walking to a supermarket and the Vatican wall. 10 min walk to Metro station for trains or buses. Simonetta is the most caring host we ever met, making sure we had everything and gave great tips for our short stay. It was great that we had an outside shared kitchen which we made used of, just like home! Thank you Simonetta, we can definitely recommend Next Stop St Peter to anyone wishing to have a great stay near the Vatican.

This property, Next Stop St Peter, was not clearly identified as Bed & Breakfast. This property was found on an Expedia search for hotels and its description did not mention its actual layout. This B&B made us pay extra charges (30€)for the person who explained their policies and charged extra $6 per person per day (36 €). In addition, there was no one on site. When staff was about getting a tour and how to get to the ship port, Cicitavecchia, she did not know.

Best Vatican's B&B for family of four

This B&B is very clean. The location is convenient, there's a small supermarket PAM right behind the block. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the metro station is around the block. There're many local restaurants to explore.

Beyond spectacular communication and always prompt to answer questions. The B&B is in very close proximity to Vatican City and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof San Pietro Station. Dort kann man auch die Bustickets kaufen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer einen kleinen Flur und Badezimmer alle mit einer Tür. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Keller dadurch hat man keine Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Der Fernseher hat keine deutsche Programme. Im Badezimmer ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Creme, Duschgel, Föhn, Hausschuhe, Duschhaube, Nagelfeile Q-Tip Make-up Pads. Es ist alles sauber und wird täglich in Ordnung gehalten Es befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer auf der Etage. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es wird einem zum Frühstück alles in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Obst ist zur freien Verfügung vorhanden sowie abgepackte Kuchen und Croissants/ Zwieback. Und wenn etwas fehlt kann man es in dem Laden der ein paar Häuser weiter ist kaufen und in den Kühlschrank legen. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar.

Great Place, will come back

Love this place. Is clean, spacious and comes with a shared kitchen and a small dining are. The fridge is equipped with fruit and breakfast items. Loved the capuccino machine and fresh croissants. Simonneta and Cristina were great. Helped us with Taxi to and from the location. They made the stay memorable and guide us on how to go places. This is not a fancy place but is walking distance from most places in the Vatican. We definitely will stay again. It is worth your money.

Such a lovely property and wonderful host

Lovely property, which you can tell the host maintains immaculately, as if it were her own home. I honestly couldn’t find a fault myself. We slept really well, which was definitely helped by the fact there was air conditioning. A selection of items available for self-service breakfast in the morning, including a coffee machine which I was surprised produced some quite nice coffee! Just bear in mind you’ll need to have an arrival time in mind as the host will need to let you in and collect the city tax in cash only (which is fairly common). Simonetta was quick to respond and flexible with us too as we had to change our arrival time to be a few hours earlier than expected. She was incredibly lovely and not to mention helpful, also providing a booklet she had constructed with useful information for one’s visit to Rome. We would definitely consider staying again if in Rome (it was myself, my partner and my brother who were staying). The private bathroom within our room was exceptionally clean with lots of towels as needed, as well as having toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) provided. Very grateful to have been able to stay at such a nice place in a seemingly peaceful area of Rome. There’s a train station a few minutes walk away from the property, and for €1 you can get to one of the central stations. As I said to Simonetta, it’s wonderful to find a home away from your own when you’re on your travels — exactly what this property provided — so thank you again! Billal, Oskar & Yousuf

TENED EN CUENTA QUE SE PAGA UNA COSA, EN MI CASO 90€ X DOS NOCHES Y LUEGO ME HACEN PAGAR ALLÍ EL DOBLE POR TASAS+LIMPIEZA (ñiimpieza diaria cuando nadie limpia nada cada noche ni te cambian toallas siquiera, solo limpian cuando te vas). Me pareció fatal porque en la reserva no lo especifica correctamente y acabas pagando el doble de lo previsto!

Un contact extrêmement sympathique avec Enrico, gérant des lieux. C'est un plus vraiment sympa de cette location. 2ième gros point fort : sa localisation. A 2 pas du Vatican qu'on rejoint en 10 minutes.
