Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer ist nicht mit dem Anzeigebild vergleichbar. Unser Zimmer war in der fünften Etage (bei der Rezeption). Insgesamt waren auf dieser Etage scheinbar drei Zimmer. Die Rezeption bzw. die Zimmer sind durch eine große Tür zum Treppenhaus erreichbar. Im Treppenhaus erreicht man auf allen Etagen mehrere Anbieter von Unterkünften. Personal an der Rezeption , Frau wie auch Mann super freundlich. Bei der Abreise lässt man einfach den Schlüssel im Zimmer liegen und zieht die Tür zum Treppenhaus zu. Im Zimmer hat man alles was auf dem Flur vorging mitbekommen. Anreise / Abreise, es gab eine Klingel die auch in der Nacht schellte, das Schloss der Tür sehr alt und laut (wir sind jedes Mal wach geworden). Der Lärm der Straße egal ob Auto oder Ampel (Piepton) störte die nächtliche Ruhe, man stand morgens müde auf (8 Uhr), geweckt durch den Straßen, Hauslärm oder von der Baustelle gegenüber. Kein Schrank im Zimmer, leben aus dem Koffer. Kleiner Fernseher aber leider nur mit italienischem Programm. Kühlschrank klein aber vorhanden und wenn man Glück hat lässt die Reinigungskraft den Stecker in der Dose. Im Zimmer fehlt ein großer Spiegel für die Frau. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Matratzen fleckig. Fußboden gereinigt aber nicht gründlich. Balkon klein, leicht abfallend, nicht sicher erscheinendes Geländer, alten dreckigen Belag (jede Menge Kippen in den Ecken) und keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir buchen dort nicht wieder, lieber ein Hotel. Wir sind enttäuscht.

Dette var en skuffelse. Man får bogstaveligt talt et værelse med eget toilet i en stor lejlighed. Der var meget støj i lejligheden og ikke ordentligt rytter op. Minibaren bestod af halv tomme vand flasker og intet andet. Receptionisten havde lukket sig ude af det hele samt stod og kimet klokken i 10 minutter for at få folk til at åbne. Rengøringen startede i et andet værelse kl. 8 om morgenen så støjniveauet var umuligt at sove videre fra.

Excellent service - would highly recommend

Would highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent - we arrived 2 hours before check in to leave our bags, however we were able to check in early which was great. Check in process was very simple and relaxed and we were provided with some extremely useful information about transport/restaurants/shops etc in the local area and further afield which was very helpful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist when we arrived (never caught your name!) who couldn’t have been more welcoming and informative about our stay. This hotel was exactly what we wanted for our stay and more, and so we would highly recommend it.

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e posizione

Camera pulita, recentemente ristrutturata, comoda. E' all'interno di un palazzo in cui quasi tutti gli appartamenti sono riconvertiti in B&B. La posizione è ottima: si arriva facilmente a piedi a via Veneto e Trinità dei Monti, e nei dintorni ci sono parecchi locali dove mangiare la sera. Inoltre essendo zona di uffici la sera si svuota ed è molto tranquillo (la sera si riesce pure a parcheggiare facilmente).

Quite location, decent room, good service

Overall it's a good choice in terms of accommodations, just need to keep in mind a few things - 1. Check-in - might need to give them a call when you get there if you arrive earlier, otherwise won't be able to drop the luggage off; a bit inconvenient if you're in roaming and there's no open wifi source 2. Location - while it's safe and quite, it's a bit far from the closest main tourist attractions to my taste. Though there's bus stop and taxis are at your disposal, obviously, if you don't want to walk 3. Room - we had a simple room, it was okay, but could definitely see signs of wear and tear; when tried to move bed closer to its base, it fell off one foot...; heating didn't work either

Okay but outdated

Location was not so bad walking distance into town 15 mins. However, we had economy room which was tiny. The outdated entrance / lift was bad. Like very tight for two people with luggages. We were also pestered to pay for city tax on the first day and kept on being reminded. Having said this, check out was early so we left out luggage’s and then when we came back we wanted to use the loo and was denied as there were no toilets. A bit pity.

Very nice hotel, close to some of the attractions. There’s places to eat that are also close. The rooms aren’t too big but it wasn’t too bad. The shower wasn’t draining properly so I told the front desk, they immediately fixed it and offered me another room for the inconvenience. The air also seemed to not work so I guess getting another room seemed best. Overall, Yves was great. He was super nice and really professionsl. I would stay again. Also it seems really secure, I felt safe. When we first arrived, we were confused because the building has different suites inside that belong to other hotels. Nearhome’s front desk is on the 5 floor, the elevator is really tiny and old fashioned. Overall, not a bad stay. I would recommend it.

Cet hôtel, qui n'en est pas un (c'est une guest house) est très bien situé, propre et moderne. Ma chambre était TRES bruyante ( bruits de la rue), dommage pour se reposer des longues journées de marche dans Rome. L'employé est arrivé avec 3/4 d'heure de retard pour m'accueillir. Aucune restauration possible dans l'établissement , mais des petits snacks juste en bas le l'immeuble. Aucune chaîne de télévision en français, dommage.

it was possibly smaller than i thought it'd be - i think rooms are allocated on numbers when they're all booked rather than the space i thought we were getting but there's so much small print i could easily have missed something. i also thought all taxes were included within the deal but again i read so much stuff i could easily be wrong. Communications prior to visit were lovely and spot on and whilst we couldn't get an answer at the reception door we were able to call the number and get sorted. this was in quite a busy road which was slightly unexpected for the area - we always have the windows open so heard the traffic through the night. great location - very close to the Spanish Steps and the walk through the park was lovely. The restaurant across the road "Fellini" was wonderful - fabulous food and wine, and they looked after us beautifully. it was a good trip to Rome as always and we've no complaints - just love this city :) thanks

Rent och fräscht. Fanns ett litet pentry men saknade bestick etc. väldigt rent och fräscht. Receptionen är inte öppen dygnet runt så sen incheckning var lite krångligt men löste sig till slut ganska bra. Lugnt område med en del restauranger men inget nattliv. Tog ca 20 min att gå till centrum.

Ekstra udgifter for indtjekning samt WiFI virkede

Vi blev ret skuffede over vores ophold, da vi blev bedt om at betale 40 euro pga. sen indtjekning. Jeg forklarede, at jeg ikke mente, det var tydeliggjort nok inden jeg bekræftede mit køb, men det eneste svar jeg fik, var at det var min egen fejl. Derudover var der hår på vasken, da vi ankom og da jeg klagede, blev jeg bedt om at sende billeder, hvilket jeg ikke havde taget. Desuden virkede WiFi ikke, selvom medarbejderen prøvede at hjælpe med forlængerledning osv. så var der intet der virkede. Jeg klagede igen og fik 20 euro tilbage. Vi havde kontakt med 2 medarbejdere. Ham, der var på hotellet, var flink og hjælpsom, hvorimod hende vi kommunikerede med over e-mail ikke udviste stor forståelse. Næste gang vil vi betale lidt ekstra og finde et andet sted.

Its walking distance to the Metro. Its a 5 minute walk to Via Veneto. Great food next door. Pharmacy close by. Fruit market next door. Couple of restaurants in the same street. The room and bathroom is a little small for my taste, but then again not much time is spent in a room while on vacations.

уютный отель.

все прекрасно! даже дали в прокат зонтик - что очень скрасило один из дождливых дней. У отеля - чудесное расположение. все исторические памятники в шаговой доступности 10-15-30 минут ходьбы. персонал англо-говорящий, тихо, чисто. вокруг куча кафешек и ресторанов, лютернаская церковь в трех минутах.
