This is a fabulous property! The communication was excellent and the check-in and out process was seamless.
The location is absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Rome.
Very nice, but set your expectations. YOU check yourself in etc.. but otherwise our stay was great. Hotel is right next to a nice bar, with amazing staff, also in any direction is food and things to see. The entry is a little difficult to find, and during our stay there was renovation going on, but it wasn't bad. Would stay there again for sure.
Compact apartment with minimal bathroom storage but guessing normal in Rome.
Close to key attractions but opposite a nightclub that on Sunday night was noisy and went into early hours.
Very good location and clean room , extremely uncomfortable bathroom and way to noisy at night , but if you are into partying the his is your place , also vary good restaurants near the area.
The place was very nice. Accommodated my family of four no problem. Super close to main attractions. The only con is the shower is extremely small. Other than that we loved our stay.
Great location. I assumed there would be shampoo as other places, but none. Had to go buy it. Also, central location, but very noisy because people partying outside until at least 3am. Couldn’t open windows for air due to noise and smoking from bars. Very nice place, just needed more quiet time.
Super location and not having front desk was totally fine. Everything you needed was in the room. Little fridge and kettle made it nice to eat in the room. Wine glasses and cork screw was nice touch! Building is old but rooms more modern decor. Would stay herr again, great value especially for groups of 3. Spacious rooms.
Lots of space and great location, but noisy on weekend nights. Very narrow shower. One of the two mattresses was problematic.

Liked: Staff & service
We had a double room so there was lots of space. It had the smallest shower I have ever seen I don’t think a bigger pets would even be able to use it.I loved the location allowing walking distance to many sites. The really bad was the impromptu bar that set up outside the window and had music and screaming until late…that was on the weekend.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The place was clean and the location was perfect. However, the shower is incredibly small, barely accommodating anyone. Additionally, there’s ongoing construction, making it impossible to sleep in after 8 am. If your intention is to relax and unwind at the place, I wouldn’t recommend it. Simply sleep and leave.

Room was clean but building under renovations and area very dirty and noisy.
*TRAVELER BEWARE* LOUD AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION - NO concierge - NO amenities - NO toiletries provided - NO luggage storage - LOUD construction - LOUD music - UNDER renovation We spent our first 2 nights in Rome here (Sat + Sun) encouraged by the high rating. Unfortunately, the entire building is under construction. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by building materials, garbage bags, tools, broken furniture, scrap material, etc. in the lobby. You have to complete all your check-in in advance over email or WhatsApp, after which you’ll be sent a code to enter the building. You’re on your own from here. The building is wrapped in scaffolding for renovations taking place on the outside too, so expect to see construction workers outside your window daily (literally within reach) regardless of which floor you’re on. While the location is very central, you are right next to a night club and the blaring music is so loud that you won’t be able to sleep. The best way to describe it from the room is like being in the washroom of an actual nightclub. The windows aren’t soundproof or at least we didn’t think they were. In terms of the room itself, it was actually quite nice, spacious, and recently renovated. However, there are no amenities whatsoever except a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle in the common area/hallway. They also don’t provide any toiletries so you’ll need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. VERDICT: STAY ELSEWHERE. Overpriced.
The quadruple room was very spacious for a family of four. Room was very clean and not too noisy considering the bars and restaurants outside. We came back to stay again due to the central location and the large rooms and beds.
Great room. The confusion was about check in. Some was the fault of myself, but it was also tricky because there was no hotel staff, and communication was through the app which I do not always check.
Only one negative. The fridge did not work. Good thing i really didn’t need to keep anything cold. My wine was sufficient not being chilled.
Great place to stay. Would definitely do it again!
So close to so many places. Easy walking!!
It was very convenient and well maintained but the building is simply very old. That in and of itself isn’t bad but you had 3 doors to unlock and had to tote around a 1lb key chain.
