Best location ever!!!! The place was good, comfortable and clean. Walking distance of all the main areas and restaurants. This is not a hotel but an old apartment building with lots of character, which we liked. I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately location and price, only positives of this site. Despite attentive responses, arriving somewhere with AC that didn’t work and to have to use a dusty fan I found sitting in the corner of the room because humidity was so bad I barely slept my stay there. On the end of my second day was finally offered to switch roooms to one with a working AC the next afternoon but I had my pass for Vatican the following early morning and left for the states next morning. Hotel wanted room changed around 11:30 which I informed wouldn’t work as ill be at the Vatican and I was told “dont worry the staff will do it all” but I did not feel comfortable with all my belongings being packed off camera (meds,ID,cash,gifts etc) so I had no choice but to deny and ended up sleeping some of my last night on the porch. I wish circumstances were different but when it was 90 degrees all my days there, walking thousands of steps a day, you are on vacation, the last thing you want is to enter a hot hotel room that you paid solid money for. It would have been nice for the facility to possibly bring me ice, or extra waters , a 2nd fan or come clean the dirty one- unfortunately nothing, only a lot of texting saying Im sorry. I even asked for a refund and was willing to find a last minute place but they weren’t willing to even do that. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excelent stay at this warm hotel. Michella, beautiful, check in was very friendly and overall stay was Great. I fully recommend it if your planning to travel to Rome

5 mins walk to metro Close to almost everything Shops restaurants tourist spots I guess in sacrifice for the location Room size is not the biggest Only has room for a double bed and luggage a desk and a chair This is the only B&B in my 4 weeks trip that I need to contact the host for check in instruction Maybe reach out to the customers in advance Will make it easier for the travellers

The proprietor was excellent; in a difficult moment trying to get a taxi, she was able to persuade the taxi we had ordered to take us, even though the driver objected to the service dog.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem Blick in den Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Innenstadt ist super schnell durch die Metro erreichbar. Die Vermieter super freundlich und mit vielen Tipps und alle absolut hilfsbereit. Der Fahrstuhl ist schon ein absolutes Unikat, aber sehr schnell und effizient. In der Nähe gibt es das Ristorante Nico, der absolut leckere und meiner Meinung nach die besten Pizzen in Rom macht. Ich komme gerne wieder zurück.

I stayed for 5 days and I really liked the location near the Vatican and it has the Ottaviano Metro station nearby and right in front of the Apartment there is the Military Bus station. But the best of all was the attention of Michela and her daughter.

This place was beautiful! Very spacious, clean, and modern. The unit did have a/c (which we only needed for an hour one warm evening) and a mini fridge—great for storing grocery items. The breakfast was a voucher for a little place around the corner. Our only comment/complaint is that the key to the courtyard gate into the building didn’t work well. Other than that it was our favorite place we stayed in Italy.

Buyer beware. They offered me a room with a broken patio door that didn’t lock. I refused and they offered for me to use the locked shared bathroom in the hallway corridor (?) since it was “only for one night and a safe neighborhood”. As a solo female traveler visiting Rome for the first time, I refused, stating I could not sleep in a bathroom. Neither Michela, Lavinia, nor myself were able to open the door and all agreed it was broken. I was left to find another hotel elsewhere. It has been one month and they did not fulfill their promise to get me a refund. First they said they didn’t charge my card, then they said that Expedia never contacted them, then suddenly they had no employee named Michela but instead someone named Ruchicha who says the doors were always fine and denied the request to Expedia. As soon as that happened, Michela blocked me on WhatsApp and Lavinia stopped responding. Expedia says these people are lying to me. Shame on this company for treating a solo traveler like this. I would not recommend. If you stay here, make sure you have money for a backup because they don’t care and OPENLY LIE to you repeatedly. I genuinely believed they would do the right thing. I was wrong to trust them. Women: don’t stay here alone unless you have a backup plan. They will have you sleep in a bathroom or unlocked room or go out on the street without help. Posting this not out of revenge because it was only €70 but to warn other women or people on a budget: go elsewhere.

We hebben os een beetje bij de neus genomen gevoeld. Het was géén hotel! Op de deur stond ‘Milizie B&B’, maar dat was het ook niet. Er was geen ontbijt! Wat ons in het verkeerde keelgat is geschoten: Er zou een shuttlebus zijn om ons op te halen op het vliegveld. Maar… het vliegveld van Rome is ongelooflijk groot, en de eigenares/beheerster van de kamers had noch ons, noch de chauffeur laten weten waar we elkaar konden treffen. Dat leverde een aantal paniekerige telefoongesprekken en whatsapjes op totdat we eindelijk de chauffeur vonden. Hij wachtte ons op op de tweede van ik weet niet hoeveel uitgangen. Ik spreek goed Engels, maar als mijn Franse echtgenoot, die geen Engels spreekt, alleen was geweest, was dit alleen al een reden om in paniek te raken. Er was geen shuttlebus, maar een soort taxi, geen officiële, ik denk een Uber chauffeur die ontzettend slecht reed. Tijdens de rit van het vliegveld naar het onderkomen was hij afwisselend aan het bellen en aan het werken op zijn mobiele telefoon, onderhand alle verkeersregels aan zijn laars lappend. Tenenkrommend. We hadden liever een gewone, ordentelijke taxi genomen; we hebben gezien dat die dezelfde prijs in rekening brengt als wij hebben betaald. Bij aankomst op Milizie 76 Gallery was er niemand – het was inmiddels half elf ‘s avonds en dus donker – en iemand heeft mij telefonisch de weg gewezen in een groot complex op de vierde verdieping met een lift uit het jaar nul (die in Nederland verboden zou zijn geweest.

Vi bodde i ett superior tvåbäddsrum som inte motsvarade beskrivning och bilder. Det fanns inget värdeförvaringsskåp, ingen regndusch och ej daglig städning som det stod i beskrivningen. Bilderna visar en balkong med bord, stol och markis men det fanns inte. Några mattor, som syns på bilderna, finns inte heller. Det var lukt av avlopp i rummet och flera saker var trasiga som t.ex läckande kran och en rullgardin som inte gick att rulla upp. Dessutom fastnade den gamla hissen på väg upp till våning 4 när vi anlände. Jag rekommenderar inte detta boendet då det inte är värt priset de tar ut.

Good place to stay but parking is NOT included

Hotel.com stated there's free onsite parking but there was NONE when I got there. I had to find last minute parking at a garage for 2 days since I needed to join the all day tours in Rome. It cost me $74 dollars which was totally unexpected since the place stated free parking for guests. Please take off the free onsite parking when listing this place

Très bon accueil de la part de la personne qui nous a accueilli ! … elle est prévenante adorable et à l’écoute de ses hôtes . Bon emplacement pour rayonner dans Rome , près du Vatican et de la Basilique Saint Pierre … Métro proche , bus et nous avons très souvent utilisé les vélos électriques Lime pour aller d’un point à un autre.
