The location of La Petit Real is ideal in that it is located only a few blocks from the railway station, Roma Termini, as well as the Metro and central bus hub. It is walking distance of the colosseum. The hotel is located on the fourth floor and is very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The negatives for the room were: 1.) The mattress was "super-firm," probably too firm. 2.) To get to the bathroom, one had to climb a step, which coulld be a safety hazard, if one were not careful. 3.) The electrical outlets were inconveniently placed. The breakfast offering did not vary. After staying for over a week, the selections seem very limiting. However, a coffee machine was available 24 hour/day.

No sé si puede realmente calificarse de hotel porque no tiene conserjería y ocupa una parte de la cuarta planta de un edificio grande y bastante noble. Las instalaciones son confortables, incluso lujosas, pero les faltan detalles, por ejemplo en nuestra habitación las lámparas de cabecera tenían muy poca potencia y no permitían leer en la cama. En el baño faltaba portarollos de papel de baño y no había jabonera en la ducha. La joven filipina que viene a trabajar cada día es muy serviciable. Ubicación excelente, cerca estación de tren, bus y metro. Atención: no hay personal de recepción después de las 15:00 horas.

Great Place to Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Petit Real. It was a very large room with a nice sized bathroom and shower. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was good. I really appreciated the elevator too having 2 large suitcases. Train station is around the corner and there are many places to eat nearby. I would 100% stay here again.

Tolle Lage nicht weit vom Bahnhof, Richtung Innenstadt. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr einfaches aber gutes Frühstück. Waren vier Nächte und gerne wieder.

Lovely clean little hotel bed was a little hard in room 4 but I slept well the double glazing works a treat to cut out the noise, 24 hour coffee machine too, hairdryer lovely shower, central to everything right near the termini would definitely stay again

Close to Termini station. We only stayed 1 night so we didn’t even interact with staff. If you are checking in after 3 PM contact the hotel so that they can accommodate your check in.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Rom. das Hotel hat einen sehr zentralen Standort. Nur 200m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Man kann fast alles ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen.

Отличный отель квартирного типа. Тихо, уютно. Очень удачное расположение. Совсем рядом красивейшая церковь Святой Марии Маджоре. Очень близко вокзал Термини и станции метро обеих веток.

Отличный отель в центре Рима. Прекрасное расположение в трех минутах от метро, жд вокзала, 15 минут до колизея и римского форума. Внимательный персонал и чистые комнаты. Прекрасное сочетание цены и качества. Рекомендую всем.

Last night in Rome

Great location , staff at reception very helpful . Only problem was knowing which buzzer to push to open the front door, it is not marked in the hotel's name. Make sure you have the phone number on you to contact reception. the street is very noisy but location perfect for an early morning train

Bonne adresse très bien située au coeur de Rome. Hôtel propre et bien isolé de la circulation extérieure. Les jeunes qui nous accueillent sont sympathiques mais parlent pas ou peu anglais. De plus, si vos voisins de chambre sont des lève-tôt, vous les entendrez à la machine à café!

58 Le Real De Luxe - a super place to stay.

A hotel in a convenient position five minutes from Termini station, Airport buses and tour buses. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The hotel provided a basic Continental breakfast, which you could fill up on. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, super shower and hairdryer provided too. To get into the hotel you must go in the lift to the 4th floor, which was not a problem. If the front entrance door is closed, ring the bell for the Hotel intercom. (You get a front door key along with your room key.)

great location and service

the hotel was located within 5 min. walking from the main station and in a nice street. the rooms were clean and they serviced rooms everyday. breakfast was not great and was very basic. overall very good hotel.

Great hotel in a wonderful city

This is a great little hotel in a wonderful location right in the heart of Rome. The rooms are spacious and clean and have a small fridge and security safe for your use. The staff are all friendly and polite and gave some great information about getting around the city on arrival, although the 'reception area' is not staffed 24 hours but this is not a problem at all. The breakfast is continental (as you'd expect) but was a little bit basic, however if you're anything like us you'll be anxious to get on with exploring the city so won't want to waste time on breakfast anyway! The only thing I would say is that the main entrance to the hotel is not that obvious as it's part of a larger building. We arrived by taxi but had we caught the train and walked to the hotel as originally planned I do wonder if we would have struggled to locate the hotel? All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and thought that it was great value for money, especially considering the location, (2minute walk from the main train/bus station and 15minute walk to the Colosseum)

The hotel is not close to anywhere

We arrived on a Thursday night it's was overcrowded at front of hotel with young people drinking so we could not drive up to reception to off load our bags so we had to park 2 kilometres away and walk to hotel with all our luggage the rooms were dark and smelly and out dated we went down stairs and again the entire place was overcrowded and I had to wait and que for 30 minutes to get a drink which the charged me 11 euro for a Bacardi and a dash of coke the breakfast was a disaster all artificial juices and sliced ham and cheese and a few hard boiled eggs in a basket need I say anymore
