We booked this property for a one night stay in Rome prior to our departure the next day. Prior to our arrival we received a notification that the hotel was overbooked and they had to cancel our reservation. We basically were stranded in Rome at 10 PM at night without lodging so we never stayed there but we would not recommend this place since they Are not reliable when we spoke to the front desk they did not even initiate the cancellation for us to receive the refund we had to go through the process of contacting Expedia to get our money back.

Hôtel très bien situé. Les paliers et couloirs détonnent avec le hall d’entrée et les chambres qui sont très bien. Roof top sympa mais pris très élevés pour le bar et resto. Nous n’avions jamais le bon nombre de serviettes. Et surtout, arnaque au Check out car la personne m’a fait le tarif des 5 étoiles (10€/pers/nuit) alors qu’à l’arrivée on m’avait annoncé 7,50€/pers/nuit (tarif 4 étoiles) mais il m’a soutenu que c’était ça et comme mon taxi était arrivé je n’ai pas pu prendre le tps d’argumenter.

ロケーションは最高だと思います 古いホテルのためか、下水の匂いがしました 電気ポット、ドライヤーフリーの紅茶、インスタントコーヒーはありました 朝食はこんなものかな～くらいですが、満足しました 星4つとなっていましたが、3つかなぁ～？値段は4つかなぁ～(-_-;) 近くにスーパー、コンビニあって地下鉄駅近くで徒歩で行ける観光地もあり、6日いましたが、地下鉄は6回しか使わす、歩き回ってました。 ホテルではアジア系の人は1人も出会いませんでした。フロントの方は英語は話せます。私たちは日本語しか話せませんが、今は翻訳アプリがあるのでー 料金がもう少し安ければ大満足でしたが、円安のせいかもです(ノ_･､)

Mycket i rummet var trasigt. Uttagen höll på att komma ur väggen, det fanns inte heller tillräckligt med uttag. Handtaget till fönstret satt löst. Det var fläckar på väggen. Dammigt i badrummet. Lampor och andra metalstänger som var som var trasiga i rummet och badrummet. Fick en smutsig handduk med vad som såg ut som mascarafläckar. Handdukarna hade även konstig lukt. Toalettsitsen var trasigt. Duschen var väldigt ofräsch med sprickor och förkalkningar på glas och duschhuvud. Däremot vr personalen trevlig och hade bra erbjudanden.

Posizione strategica notevole. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Letto super-comodo e spazioso. Unico appunto il bagno che andrebbe "sistemato" per svecchiarlo e renderlo maggiormente funzionale. Colazione ottima e con ampia scelta. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. E' il secondo anno che veniamo e sicuramente torneremo.
