Great for Families

Amazing spot - easy to get to all the must see locations in Rome. Lots of room for the family - I would recommend for families needing a place to stay with multiple beds & rooms.

Our family of five (3 teenagers) had the most amazing trip! The apartment is awesome, right in Rome. The metro is so easy to navigate and the stop is a short walk. There is an amazing coffee bar across the street. We loved being immersed in the culture from the moment we arrived. As Americans, we like our protein breakfast, so we were able to stock eggs etc. and cook right there. There is a market nearby with anything you need. The apartment is very clean and beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the 5 of us. You literally step off the street through a solid wood door into a beautiful garden setting , then to the apartment. The colosseum is a 1.4 mile walk. The apartment is a prime location. There is even a laundry service across the street. For 12 Euros, they washed and dried our laundry. We have never been to Italy and were able to figure everything thing out from this location. Mauro, the owner is very responsive. We arrived early in the morning and he allowed us to drop off our luggage. It was truly perfect!!!

The room was clean and organized, close to the subway. To improve it, it would need a mini-fridge and a small clothesline to hang clothes, as there are no windows in the bathroom, which makes it difficult to dry towels.

It has a train station near by, which is an A+, also at the corner is the best Pizza place ever, they are more than a pizza place. The apartment is very clean, all bedrooms have air conditioner, but is not a hotel is an apartment in a building.

We had a family emergency and could not make the trip. I called Expedia’s phone service to cancel, but the request did not go through for some reason. This was very disappointing. On the day we were supposed to arrive, the host sent check-in instructions. I explained that I had already requested to cancel due to the emergency, but it seems Expedia never processed it. The host was extremely rude and refused to understand or help. We did not stay at the property at all. This experience was frustrating because Expedia’s system failed and the host was unprofessional. I would not stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

Precioso alojamiento en zona tranquila de Roma. El apartamento está muy cerca del metro, con lo que es muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, bien equipado. Baño grande y limpio. Todo bastante bien cuidado y mantenido. Las camas muy cómodas. El propietario dio bastante facilidades en el proceso de check in y checkout. Incluso nos permitió dejar las maletas el día del checkout unas horas y así pode aprovechar el día, lo cual es de agradecer. Sin duda un acierto de alojamiento que sin duda recomendaría
