Staff was terrific. Breakfast was good. Rooms and amenities were very good, four star plus. We would come back from a day of sight seeing and be perfectly content to relax in the courtyard or bar of the hotel which both have very a very nice atmosphere.

This was my husband and I's favourite hotel on our Italy trip! The staff were extremely helpful in helping us find a parking solution, and the hotel itself was unique and beautiful. The rooms were very clean and luxurious. It's worth it! The breakfasts were also delicious and high-quality. Some other things to take note of before booking is that there is no on-site parking, and I don't think there's an elevator.

I had an outstanding experience at Hotel Villa Zaccardi and am delighted to rate it excellent in all categories. The transportation options were superb, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The staff was exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with any request or provide valuable local tips. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with key attractions and amenities just a few bus stops away. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and overall exceptional experience.
