This hotel is ideally situated just an 8-minute walk from Termini train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Cristina at reception provided a warm welcome and shared excellent tips for local sightseeing and dining. The room was cosy, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Hotel is very clean and unique. In a very good location, safe, convenient, beautiful area. The owner is very nice made us feel like home. Will definitely stay again if we ever visit Rome again. Highly recommend it!

The most personable and helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. Christina is a sweetheart! The rooms are clean and nice. They go way above and beyond to make you feel at home. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s like staying with family but with more privacy.

The most hospitable and welcoming hosts I've ever stayed with. I felt truly cared for while staying for my first time in Rome. The hosts organized everything very conveniently and were very generous with with their attention to the details, personalized and warm approach, and time to explain the intricacies of navigating the cultural scene of the city. The location of the hotel is exceptional, it's the heart of ancient Rome. I booked the small room for a solo traveler, and it had everything I needed, and was clean and comfortable. I slept very well there which is a big factor for me. The hosts would always offer water or a hot beverage as I passed by - I really appreciate their attention and care. I feel lucky that I found this option to stay in Rome.

I was on a last minutes business travel and found this place amongst all those 500 dollars and above hotels. This is a boutique hotel. Staff members are EXTREMELY friendly and you feel at home. Room was small but very well designed and very functional, with pleasant decors. Location is unbeatable. For under 300 USD at the very heart of Rome, this is a gem. I recommend without reservation. Only note: the room comfortably sleeps 2 adults. If you have a family with kids you may need other options.

The room is clean overall, AC is super great. Our room is being cleaned and towels were changed daily for 6 days! Kristina is super nice, accommodating and very hospitable. I enjoyed every conversation I had with her. She helped us navigate Rome on a daily basis. The hotel is centrally located-near the bus and walking distance to the train and subway stations. I liked it si much that it is walking distance to the Colosseum, Pantheon and The Forum. I actually recommend this hotel to our friends. We would definitely stay again at this place when we go back to Rome. We miss Kristina.
