The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was comfy, spacious and clean. Access to the hotel is digital, no need to have a key or card to enter the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is near the train, metro and the bus stops (only a few minutes away by walking).

Place was easy to find, stone’s throw away from the main bus/train station. Plenty of shops and bar and restaurants at your finger tips. Rooms were perfectly clean and spacious, it had everything you needed and more. Would definitely stay again, based on the experience if I was traveling to a city where this company have a hotel or apartments I would definitely use them again.

The hotel was the perfect location for us due to it's proximity to Roma Termini as we had an early flight. The room was quiet despite being on a busy street, and it was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very cool concept - almost everything is automated from check in via their app and the pin they give you but everything was quite seamless and there is a staff member available if you need help. Loved the amenities such as laundry and the locker storage room. Modern and clean design and location is very convenient to the train stop but the area doesn’t feel unsafe at all but we did not go out at night past 10pm so keep that in mind!

Property is a nice stay. Inside and access was thru locked doors. Area is central to railway station, hop on tour buses, and numerous restaurants. Cons: garbage on the ground and a bit smelly.

I had an amazing stay, nearness to the central train station with direct train service to the main airport. The room had necessary basic equipment, very clean and modern. The only downstairs, there was no daily cleaning service.

Cannot fault this place in any way, some fantastic eateries close by, hop on hop off buss literally outside the door. The room was immaculate and the services provided inclused a washing machine & dryer. Endless clean towels, coffee and toiletries, even complimentary beers in the fridge. Will 100% recommend and stay again. Thankyou.

Great property, excellent location right next to a main metro and train station. The room was modern and very nice, facilities were great. The stay couldn’t have been better however there was one problem which really ruined the experience, their hot water stopped working which meant ice cold showers for 3 days.

This location is perfect for access to the metro and trains! We liked the hotel, but had a few problems with check in. We had two rooms and only received the code for one of them. There was someone there to help us so that worked out OK. The rooms were clean, the luggage storage was awesome, and we had everything we needed.

Really good place the hotel and amenities are really good I was safe as a 6.4 man and well built but my wife would not Go outside with out me. in the day the place is absolutely fine but at night get a bit rough just would say girls go out in groups and just go straight to tran station or the main road the rest of the city is lovely just a lot of undesirables people at night
