Staff was amazing. Although the neighborhood looks sketchy, specially at night, it is an amazing place to stay, never felt unsafe. Very close to train terminal which gives you easy access to move around. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room very dusty. Asked for two single beds but they was still together when we arrived Shower was very low very uncomfortable no room for adjustment Check In policy isn’t great. I would suggest longer reception hours if 24h isn’t possible For the price I can’t complain too much as these aren’t dealbreakers but if I stayed longer it would be 3 stars

Great find near Roma Termini. The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. I didn’t close the shower door while showering - the space was extremely limited! The staff was very kind and helpful. Please note that the reception is only open until 16:30. The best part of my stay was the Rome Experiences - free daily tours that were well organized and very personable. Make sure to sign up for a few!

Lovely and freshly renovated hotel, nice amenities, great shower and clean rooms. Aircon is also very powerful and quiet room was really quiet. Location is also pretty good, can definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lovely welcome mid-afternoon when i checked in, room & bathroom were perfect for a solo traveller, handie kettle, comfie bed and excellent shower! Located 5 mins away from the station, and so, close to a good variety of restaurants around.
When/after putting access code in, (in the evening) you'll need to pull the door towards you, not push it.
Pls excuse my dumped clothes- bed freshly made every day.

Hotel está próximo a estação central Termini, no entanto acabei usando mais a estação do metrô Repubblica, sendo mais prática. A equipe é muito atenciosa, disponíveis! Me ajudaram sempre que requisite! As instalações são condizentes com as fotos. O colchão é confortável, com boa roupa de cama. no quarto individual e por estar com bagagem grande, o espaço ficou bem apertado. A área molhada no banheiro também tem espaço reduzido. O café da manhã (gostei do ambiente e dos alimentos , tinha frutas frescas, pães, ovos, bolo etc) é em parceria com outro hotel da rede, que fica há 300 metros. E nesse aspecto perde-se a questão da comodidade. Pelo aspecto do custo/benefício é necessário avaliar o valor da diária no momento da reserva.

Cute and clean hotel! Friendly receptionist, they were able to hold our luggage when we arrived before check-in and when we checked-out, so that we were able to explore around. Very close to the train terminal as well, 13 min walk!
