Un soggiorno fantastico

Quando sono a Roma cerco sempre di prenotare in questa struttura che ritengo ideale per visitare la città al meglio. E' ubicata nel cuore del centro di Roma, è silenziosissima, arredamento e biancheria nuovissimi e veramente di ottimo gusto. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri. Non si può avere la colazione ma in ogni camera c'è un bollitore e una macchina Nespresso: naturalmente sono disponibili gratuitamente bustine di the e capsule di caffè, zucchero e capsule di panna. La cortesia e la disponibilità del sig. Massimo sono impareggiabili. Un ottimo soggiorno senza alcuna sorpresa o lato negativo.

Friendly small boutique hotel.

We have 2 rooms and the weathers was extremely hot, the air conditioning is not sufficient during day time when we get back around 4-5 pm , I would suggested extra portable fan to help if the weather is around 36 for future guests.

Wonderful Small Hotel!

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful! Very spacious! The location was perfect and right next to the Spanish Steps. I would recommend the hotel!

The guest house is in a fantastic location and therefore within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions. Despite its central location, by night it sits on a quiet street so noise is not an issue. The host and staff are very attentive and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely consider staying at the guest house again

Location great, dont change dates!

So this place had very nice staff, but I accidentally booked an extra night and 3 days before my trip they wouldnt let me cancel a room sat empty and a large amount of my money went to waste. Location is amazing cant beat it I travel europe quote a bit for business, clean and well kept. Except I got bitten by a large spider 4 times on my face ended uup needing medical attention upon checkout after that evening. All in all great location! Would have liked a bit more of a bend of the night that wasnt occupied

Staff were very nice. But unfortunately there were no staff or front desk in the Annex. Check out was a bit inconvenient to still go out and go to the next street where the main guesthouse is located just to return the keys. Garbage bins in corridor were stinky and there were days when garbage were scattered in stairs & corridors. Clogged shower & sink drains. Toilet bowl, carpet & floor looks dirty. Kettle is really dirty.

Excellent location by Spanish Steps & metro

There are many places to visit in Rome and the location could not have been better. Lots of restaurants close by, so never had to walk far for dinner.

우선 제가 비수기에 가서 방을 업그레이드를 해줬습니다. 그리고 사장님이 엄청 친절하세요 유쾌하신 느낌이랄까? 조식은 없지만 지도에 근처 아침이 좋은곳을 알려주시지만 위치정도만 알려주세요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 실내를 깨끗하고 시설은 좋았어요 하지만 난방이 중앙통제 시스템이라서 내마음대로 온도를 조절할 수 없다는게 아쉬웠어요 하지만 지내기는 좋습니다. 다만 스페인광장과 가깝다보니 저녁에 시끄러울 수도 있어요

Nasty rooms .

We stayed nasty room. Toilet water did not stop all night. Shower has mildew all over. At night dog was barking. We also saw colonie of Ants next to the bed. Stuff was very nice but not a good experience.

Wonderful Rome Hotel

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer and the location coudln't have been more central. The building was 400+ years old with charm and character. We had a great experience here and would most certainly come back again!!
