Did not help with late check in after I called and ask to confirm if possible which they claimed was ok. Room was not ready and was neglected, restroom was not clean and looked like it was falling apart. I check in and no longer than 15 minutes later I check out. No refund . Save your money.

El lugar es tipo Hostal, no Hotel. Este hospedaje cuenta con buena ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de la estación de tren Roma Termini. El personal que me atendió fue muy amable. La habitación muy pequeña e incómoda para tener dos camas (que son literas) una al lado de la otra. La habitación requiere que le inviertan en la infraestructura, ya que las camas y los colchones son viejos. Al igual que el escritorio con la silla. La habitación tiene televisor pero si deseas ver canales de televisión local no vas a poder, ya que el televisor no funciona para eso. Pedí que lo verificaran y no lo hicieron. El baño es HORRIBLE. El baño requiere remodelación con carácter de urgencia. Recibí una habitación teniendo el baño una loseta suelta y con un olor a humedad espeluznante. El personal realizaba limpieza diaria en la habitación y aún así el olor persistía. Hay agua caliente, eso es un punto a favor. El aire acondicionado de la habitación tarda en enfriar. En definitiva, el lugar deberia estar mejor (habitación #4).

La peor experiencia de mi vida

Un lugar horrible, sucio, tiene el baño sucio y maltratado, el piso tiene como partes levantadas, en el wc no puedes apoyar ambos pies como se ve en la foto por que esta en una escalera, la cama tenia como hundida y la almohada era durisima, el aire funcionaba mal. Lamentablemente el primer dia llegamos en la noche asi que nos quedamos pero al dia siguiente nls fuimos de ahi a primera hora. A pesar de que reserve 4 noches y ocupe solo una, se niegan a devolvernos el dinero por su politica de cancelaciones y eso que este lugar no cumple con las condiciones minimas para recibir personas, por todo esto el lugar es mi peor experiencia usando esta pagina y otras aplicaciones para hospedarme. Perdi el dinero pero no me arrepiento de haberme ido de ese lugar.
