観光地が近い・宿泊料金が安い

ホテルの入り口が分かりにくいのと、３階まで階段で荷物を運ばなければならないことを除けば、価格が非常に安く、カンポディフィオーリ、ナボーナ広場、パンティオン、トレヴィの泉、サンタンジェロ城、サンピエトロ大聖堂などの観光地に徒歩で行ける立地条件にあるので、宿泊料金を低めに設定したい方にはお勧めです。ホテルの室内は、ドライヤーや冷蔵庫、冷房も完備されていました。

The young lady running registration was slow and apparently not very experienced. She could not get the credit card system to work. The stairs going up to the rooms were poorly lit and in bad need of paint/renovation. Older building therefore older rooms that may have experienced some renovation but strangely laid out and not guest friendly as in no counter space for toothbrush, cosmetics, etc. There was a very wet, shower mat laying on the bottom of our shower stall. The only thing that worked well was the very expensive transportation to the airport the morning we left. €80 for two people. The other positive thing I would note is that it was centrally located in the middle of Rome.

The room was smaller than appeared on the photos. However, I overcame my claustrophobia and had a lovely time.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Rome, equal walking distance to trastevere and the sights of the Roman centre. Great place to spend 2 nights.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Climbing the 4 set of stairs to get to the third floor, we were met with a broken window, the smell of mold everywhere, & a metal panel box with the metal doors bent backwards. We had made a request prior to checking in to have a bottle of prosecco/wine, fruit, & flowers. When we entered the room, we were met with a bouquet of roses that were on the brink of wilting & sitting in yellow water. There was a bowl of fruit & after seeing the flowers, I wouldn't eat them. We also received packaged chocolate & a bottle of white wine. We decided that for the amount we paid for our stay & the other options in the area for a few euros more, we decided to meet with the manager & let them know that we would not be staying here due to the conditions & that we understand them charging us for the first night but would like a refund for the other three days. The manager called her supervisor to discuss what they could do, & the response was "there is no mold, the smell is from the AC in the room being turned on for the fruit & if we wanted to move to the first floor we could." We decided against it due to the mold we were getting headaches from & paid for our special request & left. When we requested a refund for the other nights, they declined saying that we did not give them a chance to fix the issue & that my husband slammed the door when we left, which was not true as I was standing outside the door & never once saw or heard a door slam. Do not waste your money here.

Toilet didn’t flush for the majority of our stay. Air conditioning was not effective. Power outage occurred.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was able to walk to most places saving me time and money. The room I stayed and did not have windows so my body was kind of off, but I had a good rest. The room and restroom were clean, and the staff was extra attentive. That is always appreciated. I would definitely book here again. Maybe just ask for a room with a window :-)

The room was convenient and relatively quiet in this part of the Centro Storico. The price was good, the room was of ample size (for Rome!), clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

We were supposed to stay here for 4 nights. We were attracted by the location which was amazing. Arriving and checking in was very easy. The streets around the hotel are quiet during evening and night. Unfortunately everything went wrong after this. The first night we realised there were issues with the pipes due to sewage gas making the room very smelly. When contacting reception the helpful receptionist tried to put in bleach and detergents to keep the smell away for the evening. The day after the problem was back. We informed the reception about this. Unfortunately the receptionist during day time informed us that there was no smell or no problem. We came back and could smell bleach and detergent again. Due to me being 7 months pregnant I informed we couldn’t stay in a room where we had to use so much bleach and detergent to keep the awful smell away. Again we were met with no acknowledgement of the situation, but the receptionist accusing us of lying. Even though we referred to several other people writing about the smell. The day after smell was horrible again. We decided to leave. After that the receptionist suggested we could stay in a room on the first floor. This due to me being pregnant and not wanting to walk to 3rd floor. I was very offended by this, whilst this was not the problem. We checked out and got incredibly good assistance from hotels.com helping us getting the last night refunded. Do not recommend.
