The property is perfectly placed for walking to all major attractions and multiple restaurants. HOWEVER if you need assistance it is nearly impossible to contact anyone as there is no staff on premises. Also very tricky to access the property and room due to electronic locks. The property is kept well, the beds are comfortable BUT multiple steps to climb and carry your luggage. No elevator or lift

Very good room and great location to walk to many attractions including the Pantheon, Spanish Steps etc. Room was large, comfortable, and well lit. Staff friendly and helpful. Unusual door locks so make sure you get a tutorial on how to use - very easy once you understand them. Only issue preventing me from giving the room a 5 star was the weak shower pressure which hopefully can be addressed.

Great location in close vicinity to the major historical sites and only a few hundred feet to the pantheon. Lots of shopping and dining options right outside the door yet quiet on 2nd floor where room is. Secure and very clean.

This was a great location and walkable to everything! There was so much around the area and it was easy to navigate, even to the main attractions. For two women in their early 20s I also can’t stress enough how safe we felt! This place is amazing and I’d recommend it highly to anyone.

The location was perfect!! Easy to walk everywhere. Only minus was the sound proofing. If you are lucky you will have the good neighbors (as we had), if not you do not sleep. Nice restaurants around :)

Fantastic location in the heart of Ancient Rome. 50m from the Pantheon! Beautiful room and bathroom. Good a/c. Clean. Quiet. Steps to restaurants, shopping and all of the major sites - Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc. Lots of stairs inside the building to get to the B&B, but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend! Also, LOTS of gelato shops close byto choose from!

We hit the jackpot with this hotel. The location Was perfect and though it was bustling, it gave us the quintessential Rome experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and our view of the street was perfect (the sound deadening window was handy as the restaurants stay open late). We were sad to leave, we will certainly book this location again.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent location. Caveats: no front desk reception but staff is very responsive on WhatsApp; no luggage storage (you can store behind the "front desk" but anyone in the hotel has access); bars are very loud at night but typical for Rome.

The property is very close to the Pantheon with lots of dining options available in walking distance. Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs with your luggage to get to the unit. There is no elevator. The safety deposit box in our unit did not work, the mini fridge was not very cool and there was nowhere we could get ice for our drinks on a very hot 36 degree day.
