I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly arranged and showed great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and at home throughout my stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient, which made moving around easy and enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room. Espresso coffee, still water, sparkling water, and biscuits were available, which was a very nice and welcoming gesture. Honestly, everything about this place was outstanding and beyond expectations. Lovely apartment with a comfy bed and large smart tv. Access to a kitchen area with lovely coffee machine and frozen croissants for baking in a mini oven. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Termini train station was only a short 5-10 min walk away where you can catch the Metro to all over the city. The room we had was very quiet during the night and we slept very well in the comfy bed. Other points mention by previous guests was the check-in system however, we found it straight forward and had no issues. Lots of good info sent before so read up in advance. Lovely apartment and would happily stay here again.
