Excellent stay! The staff was incredible and very helpful. The location is excellent very walkable with great shopping and places to eat. The rooms are spacious and perfect for stays with family. The location is also in a great area. Can’t wait to stay here again!
The room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was 2 separate rooms and 1.5 bathrooms so it was nice feeling like we had our own spaces. Location was great and walkable to most things we wanted to do.
Extremely comfortable, awesome location, and friendly and helpful staff. Walkable sites, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect location for a visit to Rome.
Lovely, very spacious room. Had a problem with shower but this was dealt with as soon as we reported it. Breakfast is provided at a cafe across the street. Limited options, but orange juice was fresh and we really enjoyed everything. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved it!
This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. Serena was very accommodating to holding our luggage until checkin and even had our room ready early! Free breakfast next door at Negresco. We really enjoyed our stay.
The property is in a perfect location to explore Rome. Property manager Serena is excellent - very professional, and assisted us several times with Rome exploration ideas, taxi & travel, etc
Maid staff was prompt & helpful with room needs
We arrived late and were met by very friendly and helpful staff. We were very surprised by the size of our suite. It was very big and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. Next time I’m in Rome I know where I’m staying
We loved having the jetted whirlpool tub and balcony patio. After long days of walking, you will appreciate the jetted tub for 2 and the large patio with loungers, table n chairs to relax in at night. We walked down the street and bought some alcohol for our room. It was a very safe and quiet area. They have a restaurant across the alley. Free breakfast is included. Nice breakfast. Cappuccino, orange juice, ham, eggs and toast! The servers were wonderful! For the price it was very well worth it! We will be back.
The room is sparkling clean with new renovation. The location is great, walk distance to Spanish steps and fountain. All the shopping brand stores are surrounding but quiet. The check in at the restaurant which next to the property, and the breakfast in the restaurant. The elevator is special which is tiny and manually open/close the door. Very recommend the property! Especially the host Serena whom always answers our questions!
Serena was nice, but never saw her after check-in. Didn’t know where to leave the keys at the end. Room was nice but hot water slow in coming. Thought there was a communal rooftop terrace but on a 4th floor rooms. Elevator was quaint but claustrophobically small. Breakfast (free) at the restaurant across the street was limited-Italian (coffee, OJ and a croissant) or American ( coffee, toast, bacon and scrambled eggs) - no substitutions. Nice area, near the Spanish steps.
Our first impression of the Bocca di Leon Luxury Apartments was wow!!
We had a large, beautiful room on the 4th floor, accessible by lift/elevator albeit this is probably the smallest lift/elevator I have ever been in. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, with marble flooring and stylish mood enhancing lighting. We had a huge king size bed, which was super comfortable, a large flat screen TV, and a spacious bathroom with a large walk in shower. To top it all off, we had a massive Jacuzzi bath in our bedroom, as well as a balcony overlooking the Bocca di Leon, which had sun loungers and even a pull out sun awning. The apartment was absolutely spotless, apart from a few paint scuffs on the bathroom door and one of the walls, but these are easily remedied.
Beautifully updated hotel. Great location to Spanish Steps and shopping/dining. Host wasn’t at location (didn’t know), but a quick phone call and we got the keys to the room just fine. Elevator is very tiny, but works just fine. We stayed in room 101 which didn’t have room numbers on the door so we had to guess which door it was. That was a little odd. Room is beautiful and spacious. We only stayed one night as we returned to Rome and flew out the next am. The restaurant associated with the hotel graciously made us up some take away breakfast as our flight left before the complimentary breakfast would be served - that was so kind. Would definitely consider staying here longer the next time we visit! For the price and location it’s hard to beat.
