The property was perfectly located, with all of Rome’s major attractions just a 10–20 minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, luxury shopping areas, and many well-known restaurants were all within easy reach. The location made it extremely convenient to explore the city, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

An excellent property located in central Rome. Staying here, you're ~5 minute walk to the Spanish steps, ~10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and ~30 minutes to both the Vatican and Colosseum. Staff were great, and check in was easy and quick.

This property was conveniently close to The Spanish Steps. Easy to walk to many places. Lots of shops and cafes were nearby. Staff was extremely helpful. They called taxis for us and stored our luggage. One of the biggest bathrooms we had. Lovely place.

The location was very convenient to many of the super busy tourist spots such as the Spanish steps, Via Del Corso and Trevi Fountain and the room had everything we needed but it was very bare and uninviting. The vibe of the room was like and old motel in the US. Only stayed for one night.

Belsiana House was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well cared for, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location of this guesthouse is amazing - just minutes walk from the Spanish steps, the main shopping street Via del Corso, and an easy walk to other major sites. Surprisingly quiet. Great restaurants near by. The room is simply furnished, with a comfortable bed. Few amenities: kettle, instant coffee, small refrigerator. The bathroom is fully updated. Staff is very helpful. Excellent value.
