We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it. It felt safe, clean, and very welcoming. Nina, the hostess, went above and beyond for us. Our room was stocked with complimentary goodies, and there was also a well-equipped shared kitchenette just outside the rooms. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the Vatican and surrounded by great restaurants. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

The location was great because it was next to the metro and also had a lot of great shops around. It was also a ten-minute walk from the Vatican, which was a bonus for us. Additionally, having access to snacks, water, and an AC was amazing! However, during our stay, we had a power outage for more than 12 hours (we had no power overnight), so the lights, hot water, AC and overall electricity were not working. This was very inconvenient for us because Rome was so hot, so I couldn't even sleep, and we could not use the other amenities. We did not get a refund for experiencing this, which we believe is unfair considering we get charged to have access to these amenities. Overall, the location is good but I wouldn't go back.

This place is super safe within a gated complex. Carla greeted us and took us to our rooms. She was honestly great throughout the entire stay! The rooms were adorable and there were snacks and a kitchenette with everything you could think of. Area surrounding the location is super nice with restaurants and shopping. It’s only a short walk to Vatican City and the other direction is a central area with a little park. If you cross the bridge there you’re headed to various other popular locations. We just rented a e-bike which were everywhere! We stayed at multiple places throughout our trip but I loved this place out of all of them and hopefully we’ll be back.

Wat een mooie plek, dichtbij de St. Pieter en Vaticaan. Verder alles te voet gedaan en vanaf deze plek heel goed te doen. In een hele nette schone buurt met veel winkels, supermarkten, restaurants en koffie winkeltjes. Bij aankomst wat problemen met de sleutels, werkte niet goed. Bij terug komst lag er gelijk een andere bos en geen problemen meer gehad. Heerlijke bedden en vooral het keukentje is erg fijn. Airco was erg prettig bij deze hoge temeraturen. Kortom een hele fijne plek om te verblijven en een perfecte uitvals basis. Ondanks dat er geen receptie was verliep het contact super. We vlogen pas in de avond terug en mochten onze koffers in een ruimte achterlaten. Ik zou deze accomodatie zeker aanbevelen!

Greeted warmly by Carla, who made sure to keep close contact since we arrived late and had to be let in. Room was clean and comfy. Included light snacks, coffee and drinks. Walking distance from Vatican City. Overall had an amazing stay!

Super Lage beim Vatikan. Man kann jederzeit Kleinigkeiten aus der Küche holen. Gratis Minibar. Das wichtigste war tatsächlich die Klimaanlage. Bei dem Wetter natürlich super angenehm. War für einen Städtetrip super!

More than the nice property, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our requests, questions and concerns. Was also surprised that the kitchen was well equipped with coffee, water and snacks that were available 24/7. Even little details were taken cared of such as a European plug converter! Will definitely highly recommend to other travellers!

This was a really nice place in a very nice neighborhood close to the Vatican. The room was very clean and decorated very nicely. The best thing was the AC! It was a life saver after walking all day in heat and humidity of Rome in June. Not all places in Rome or Italy in general have an AC, so this was very welcoming.

Best thing about this accomodation is the location. It's situated in Prati neighbourhood really close to Vatican, shops, bakeries, restaurants. But that's where it ends.. Accomodation is one big apartment sectioned into multiple individual rooms. There's a kitchen in the middle with coffee machine and fridge. Room doors are more than 50 years old, very thin with zero sound proofing. You will hear literally everyone in the communal area and in their neighbouring rooms. We had a 'pleasure' being awaken every morning around 6am by loud front door banging and continuous buzzing and banging of the coffee machine and gathering of people talking from 6am to 7am. It's literally like they are in your room. To make things even more 'fun' our door lock wouldn't unlock on the second day but after calling the owner, we were given a code that eventually got us in. But on the last morning at 4am when we were about to leave the room for the airport, the room door wouldn't open. There's no code to use from the inside only outside. After 10 minutes of trying to get door open and major panic, we eventually managed to open the door knob which is so old and wobbly it's surprising it's staying in the place.This is serious Health and safety ssue, in the case of fire guests would be stuck with no way out as room is on the 1st floor.Now reading other reviews, I can see that it's not the first time that guests are having door lock issues. Change broken doors, don't endanger lives.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was close to the vatican, St Peter’s square, Castel Saint Angelo, Piazza Del Popolo and many more. The room was always kept clean. The are is very accessible to the metro. There are alot of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome

Buen alojamiento para dos personas, tiene una cocina común entre las habitaciones. Lo único malo es que se escucha ruido entre huéspedes de habitaciones de a lado. Ojo, esto no es un hotel con lobby, es un alojamiento.
