Hotel was good! Only thing was the bed was hard, needs more cushion & the TV is small and the channels kept cutting off. Overall the Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Location was great! Especially being next to the train station (about less than 10 min walk) & restaurants/stores are very close. Only about 2 miles from Colluseum.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, hotel decor was cool, staff was friendly and helpful! A bit far from local attractions and downtown, but close to public transportation! Distance from attractions was why I rated it so low! Budget friendly but beds and pillows were hard!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was stiflingly hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to constant loud road noise. The bed was extremely hard, and both the room and overall property felt run down and poorly maintained. There was also a nonstop blinking light inside the room that made it difficult to relax or sleep. Service issues added to the frustration. Housekeeping walked into my room at 8:50am without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked the front desk for a corkscrew, I was told they didn’t have one available — a basic amenity I would expect from any hotel, especially one claiming four-star status. The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was genuinely good. Overall, this is not a four-star experience — perhaps 2.5 stars on a good day. I would not stay here again.
