I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends traveling in September. Grazie Adele and Miguel! Our trip was amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at 900 Piazza del Popolo. It was super easy to walk everywhere and the convenience of the metro just outside the front door was wonderful. Adele was so pleasant and helpful, providing instructions on the best way to get around. I will for sure stay here again!

This place was perfect for 2 or 3 people. Very clean and felt very safe. Adele met us the day we arrived and answered any questions that we had through out our stay, she even arranged an airport pickup since it’s a little ways away. Great shopping is just a walk down. It is a little far from the ruins, we did have to Uber a couple of times, but it wasn’t too bad.

Best place we have ever stayed in Rome!!!!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed in Rome. Our contact was 24/7 responsive and fast. They had it well set up for arrival with instructions, video, and anything else needed to ensure you could find the place. Building is great that it is in and the hotel was perfect. All that you needed was easily accessible for your self or if you wanted assistance someone there was able to help. I really really loved this place. Perfect location, so clean, so well decorated, fantastic service and communication.

Somptueux !!

Séjour parfait en tout points. Accueil discret et chaleureux. L’hotel est somptueux avec des prestations hauts de gammes. Idéalement situé aux portes de la piazza del poppolo, de la villa borghese et du métro Flaminio. Cet Hôtel mérite amplement l’appelation ´luxury’. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite 901, très spacieuse, propre, joliement décorée et il en est de même pour la salle de bain. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Je recommande cet hôtel. Property located across from Piazza del Poppolo. Definetely use a taxi service over Uber if you are looking at saving some money. Service is as good. Great shopping amd dining. Safe. Rooms are uodated. Great and comfortable bed. Quiet part of town. Miguel our concierge was excellent as was his manager. Helped us book our shuttle back to the port. Area is Rome where property is located is Plata. Again great area to stay at as its on the edge if where one visits but without the crowds.

This was a perfect place to stay for four nights in May. It was a little hard to find initially (marked by a small brass plaque adjacent to large wooden doors next to Pastasciutta restaurant), but we were warmly greeted by the ever-helpful Miguel. Check-in went smoothly, room was spacious, modern, gracious, clean and well-equipped. And VERY quiet, especially considering the central location. Windows are double glazed and walls have been soundproofed. The owner Adele was friendly, and told us a bit about the history of the building (constructed 1916) and the apartment (formerly owned by Adele’s grandmother until Adele converted it to five very comfortable rooms and suites). The location is very walkable. I would absolutely stay here again and I think it’s a very good value compared to other options in Rome.

何より駅が近く、雨でも濡れずに助かった。また、主要な観光スポットへのアクセスもよいため、徒歩や電車を数分乗るだけで目的地に辿り着ける。 ホテルが入っている建物の外観からは想像できないほど、部屋はモダンな感じにリフォームされており、清潔かつオシャレな雰囲気でとても居心地が良かった。 スタッフの方も親切に接して下さり、見どころや効率的な観光の周り方など、色々と教えてくれた。

Adele the manager was very helpful and accomodating, super nice and friendly. The place does not have someone managing it on site every day - it's a guest house - and having not spent time in one for a while I could not compare it with similar, but to be fair, anything we needed we got. The rooms looked ample on the site for 4 people and we assumed the sofa bed was a pull out but it was only for 1 and we had to pay extra for that so what was described in booking and expedia was not consistent - as usual, very difficult to figure out how to have 3-4 people stay in a room in italy - how do families do it??

Excellent experience from check in to check out. Allowed for early check in, has a nice breakfast spread with many options and housekeeping was great. Good location, ten minute walk to Spanish Steps. Most importantly Adele and Viola were great helper from start of our stay to end of it, smooth communication and great tips about Rome, things to do, where to go.... I definitely recommend all of you who plan to go to Rome.

Este lugar es excelente, sin dudar regresaría. La atención excelente, el confort también, enfrente de ls estacion flaminio por lo cual la ubicación se hace super accesible. Nos esperaron un dia 5 minutos para que podamos desayunar. :) Gracias! Solo me dieron una habitación mas pequeña que por la que pagué.

Beautiful rooms, great service, great location

This is a luxury guesthouse (mini-hotel) with 5 rooms within a larger building right across from the beautiful Piazza del Popolo and right next to the Borghese Gardens. There Is a coffee shop, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and other shops in this block/right outside the door and the Metro is right outside the front door. Many attractions (the Pantheon, Vatican, etc) are within a 20-35 minute walk. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us and provided some breakfast items at 7:15 am prior to the scheduled breakfast time which was 8-10 am. The “continental” breakfast has a great variety of items, including fresh croissants, cakes, cereal, yogurt, bread, biscuits, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, cold meats/cheese, etc. The guesthouse is staffed during the day from about 7:15/7:30 am until late in afternoon and a phone number is provided to call if anything is needed outside staff hours. They gave us a key to the outside door, and our room key opened the door into the guesthouse, which was very convenient. The guesthouse and furnishings were all new and modern, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice and all was very clean. There is an in-room safe, coffee/tea supplies, mini-bar, etc. There is a lift to get you and your luggage up to the second floor where the guesthouse is located. Staff provided maps and tourist info. Wifi worked well. We can’t say enough good things about this place.
