Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport

"Just before you book a room make sure you check all details, we used this hotel twice in our trip, the first time we booked a room with 2 beds everything was great except the room was small and we barely have room for our belongings because it had few space for it. The second time we used this hotel we got a bigger room, basically 2 rooms, each one with a kind size bed and plenty space for storage our belongings. Everything was great, it is comfortable, the staff are very helpful and polite, they serve breakfast and restaurant is available too. Very clean and safe, it is close to the airport and they have free shuttle. We had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend, it is family friendly."

"The overall room was clean and the hotel had everything we needed- close to the airport and a gym. There were scuff marks on the walls, but maybe this is normal for the price we paid?"

"Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was quick to respond and assist us in the shuttle transfer to and from the airport. Didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast as we had an early flight."

"Upon arrival at the airport the hotel shuttle service was disorganized; this is separate from the hotel itself but we wanted to share this information with travelers. It cost an additional 55 euros each way to use the shuttle service and it is shared with other hotels. The hotel advertises it as no hassle shuttle service. We had the large room with a private outside deck (room 501). The outside deck space was a nice space. The beds were not comfortable and the hotel room air conditioner was broken (which the hotel knew about) so our room was very uncomfortably warm. Needless to say we were not well rested for our flight home. Unfortunately, we would not recommend to our family and friends."

"The room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, with very dark smudges throughout the walls. When getting off the elevator, several floor tiles were chipped, and the carpet on the 5th floor was torn in places. Overall, the property appears to be in need of some updating and refreshing. Dinner at the restaurant was somewhat expensive. The seafood was delicious; however, the pizza was not very good. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. Although swimming was not allowed during our stay, it was still a pleasant area to relax and enjoy. The evening staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the morning staff member was quite different. The younger woman with shoulder-length hair working the morning of May 20th was rude, seemed irritated by our questions, and was not helpful during checkout. Breakfast was enjoyable overall, although the eggs and breakfast meats were cold initially. Thankfully, the staff member working in the breakfast area kindly warmed them up for us."

"Just wanted to thank the staff for a wonderful stay. We booked for one night and there was a bit of misunderstanding at the time of booking but the staff was wonderful, polite and accommodating. We want to thank them for helping us out. This place is great and their breakfast was also great."

"Our third stay here. Great choice for an overnight stay for airport. Also nicely located to experience Fiumicino. Easy walk to restaurants and there is a grocery store very near. We’ll be back!"
