"The breakfast was great, I loved that they had rice & furikake, great selection, fresh & tasty. The staff was really friendly. It used to be that Hampton Inn had the best beds of any hotel. That seems to have slipped recently. The bed was ok, not terrible, but not what I expect from Hampton. "

"Terrible check-in experience on May 10th at 9 PM. The staff member was blatantly disrespectful. He ignored my questions, made visible faces of annoyance, and made us feel like a burden rather than paying guests. We were with kids, and his cold attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected much better service from this establishment."

"Had to go down to front desk and get clean towels twice during 5 night stay. They clean rooms every other day but apparently missed ours. Cleaned afternoon before we left."

"Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, pubic hair and splatter on the counter tops in the bathroom. Otherwise bed linens were clean. Coffee was good. TV was in working order. Door locks were loose and had to run the key card several times before it took. Front desk was helpful."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized."

"My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a work stay. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating the staff was. I’m a night shift nurse working 7 PM to 7 AM, and getting proper rest during the day is essential. I asked about a late checkout so I could sleep after my shift, and they were more than willing to accommodate me—at no extra cost. That level of understanding made a huge difference. The front desk staff was kind, respectful, and mindful of my schedule. I wasn’t disturbed while sleeping, and the entire experience felt considerate and professional. It’s not always easy to find a place that understands the needs of night shift workers, but this hotel absolutely did. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone working unconventional hours who needs a place that truly respects your rest."
