Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Features new furnishings including mattresses, linens, dining for 6 and extra space at the bar for 3 additional, large 55" TV in the living room, 2 additional TV's in other bedrooms, Wifi, dedicated work space in master and off street parking. Conveniently located in Rolla and is just 10 minutes from I44, Fugitive Beach, just 5 minutes to MS&T and 30 minutes to Ft. Leonard Wood. This house is perfect for large families, business travelers, and couples.

Great house to see family and hangout! If you want to cook for your family you will need to bring baking dishes and mixing bowls. Limited on kitchen items. Also remember to bring bath soap.lol The house was perfect for sitting at the island bar talking and watching the kids and close to stores. Great visit!

Overall a good experience. The pictures were accurate. Good location and plenty of space. Good communication from owner.I did not have hot water for the duration of my 3 day stay, due to a broken hot water heater.(Understand these things happen). Agreed that I could make it work with a discount. Hoping to hear back about that at some point.

there was a problem check in where the automatic lock wasn't working.But when we got ahold of the hostess, they were great and they were right there in no time to help us get in.

Clean house in Quaint Neighborhood

We visited Missouri for our son’s graduation from Army Basic Training. The house was about a 30 min drive and within the allowable distance he was able to travel. It was super easy to check-in and the home was just as the pictures showed. Very clean. It was a great escape for our soldier for the few hours he had. Would def recommend

Great little Rolla hangout

We chose to stay here with our 4 kids while visiting family in the area. It fit the bill perfectly for what we needed. Check-in process was easy. Bring a pillow if you are able - the ones provided don’t offer much support (we always bring our own when we can!). We are definitely keeping this on our list to revisit when we come back again. Great price, nice and quiet location. Was more affordable for us over the hotels in town and more comfortable!

Family style

Was a nice cozy place with rooms all on one level with no steps (a plus) for my senior family members we brought in town for a funeral. Very warm and welcoming home! Enjoyed it and would stay again if I had being family back again.

Great place with lots of room for old college friends to return to Rolla for a reunion at Homecoming - place worked out so well - - so much nicer than hotel rooms where we would not be able to gather together nearly as well.

We needed a home for an elderly family member and his caretaker to stay while we were in town for our son's wedding. This was a very nice home and the host was quick to respond to our requests and very accommodating.

We had a blast staying here while we went to fugitive beach. The house is adorable. Only downside is there isn’t tvs in all the bedrooms and two of the bedroom lamps don’t work. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect family stay

My husband and I stayed with our 3 teenagers for a vacation. All the kids had their own room with comfy beds. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped. Neighborhood is safe and close to many attractions. Hosts are wonderful. Thank you for a great stay.

In town for a wedding

Super great location. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect. Extra room for family, large space for getting ready, very comfortable, great lighting for pictures. Beds were super comfortable. The only problem would be the main bedroom TV did not work at all. Since we didn’t need that much it was fine. I’m glad we found the property to stay at. Thank you for sharing your home!

Nice place

We and some friends stayed while visiting our kids for St. Pats in Rolla. The house is nicely decorated and communication with the owner was easy and quick. Sleeps 8 with everyone in a bedroom on a real bed (no sleep sofas). Neighborhood was cute too. We would stay here again.

Nice property overall. Floors could have been cleaner as socks got dirty easily on the floor. The bedside lamps in bedrooms 3 and 4 would not work. In spite of these, this is a good place.
