"This place is a great base for exploring Reims. The air conditioning downstairs does a great job of cooling the main areas, but the second upstairs bedroom doesn't get much airflow, since the other AC unit is located inside the larger room. The only bathroom is downstairs, which could be a slight inconvenience, but it's manageable if you don't mind using the stairs. There's plenty of counter space in the bathroom, which is a nice plus. Overall, the apartment feels spacious and matches the photos...

"Loved everything about the property. Although it was so rainy did not get to enjoy the little patio, the breakfast was good with friendly staff. I liked the fact that the room has kitchenette so if one would want to stay more than a day, you could save money by using the kitchen. The only issue was not being able to read or speak the French language, and that made the first time entry confusing. Thank goodness for our taxi driver helping us to get in. Another couple shortly behind us had the same issue. Just know that the gate is locked and there are some small buttons to push (like an intercom) in order for the gate to open. You walk straight through a covered cement like area to the back of this covered area -going outside and turning to your right to get in to the check-in area."

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated. While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided. A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience."

"We had a three day break in Reims staying at this hotel. The location was quiet and only a couple of minutes walking distance from the city centre.The room was quiet and comfortable, unfortunately the bath had a few hairs in it on arrival, although nothing terrible. The toilet lids - please get soft close lids ! Towels and bedding were spotless. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
