This new apartment is located only about 30 metres from the beach and offers space for up to 6 people on 60 m². It has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the living area, a sofa bed is available for two additional people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cutlery.



The terrace (10 m²) is covered, facing south and offers a sea view. Table and chairs, a clothes horse and direct access to the garden are available. Air conditioning, SAT TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. The communal washing machine can be used by arrangement. Pets are allowed.



The apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic setting, ideal for families or groups. On the property, a shared grill, sun loungers, and a parking space are available. A boat mooring can be used upon request. Fresh bread and milk are delivered every morning; in addition, fruits, vegetables, and fresh fish are offered daily.



The gravel and fine gravel beach is just a few steps away. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket can be reached within a few minutes. In the surrounding area, you can cycle, engage in mountain sports or enjoy water sports activities such as snorkelling, sailing, jet skiing or kayaking.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, WiFi, kitchen towels and the local tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for pets, use of the washing machine and the boat mooring.
